My takeaway was being accountable. I smoke for boredom and habit. I want to quit!

Thank you. Definitely an awesome testimony! I have taken away from her journey, the colouring book activity and most importantly of all, is to try and keep trying. Leave perfection out of it!

I quit by following CBQ method for 2 months in 2020 , later one incident hooked me back to nicotine.

You succeeded before and you can do it again! If an incident hooked you back to nicotine after being two months smoke-free, it means the 4th quit smoking stage "Condition your smoke-free life" was skipped. By going through all 4 quit smoking stages you can stop smoking and protect your success no matter what happens in life. You can watch what happens on the conditioning stage in this video: ua-cam.com/video/K7AfxYTfUx4/v-deo.html We wish you success!!

I am 8 days clean from smoking and now I feel like I have flu. What is happening? I am also clean from Marijuana for 9 days. Now I don't know which symptoms I am feeling. Because I was smoking Marijuana and cigarettes and quit both more or less the same time. It feels bad.

I think you are amazing to have come as far as you have. A close membership of my family smoked both for more than 20 years and he too gave up .both. decided to give up, gave up and in all these 9 months has NEVER mentioned it. I just cannot believe it and believe it is truly one of God's miracles. It can ONLY be God's intervention. I gave up smoking 76 days ago after SIXTY YEARS and some days I struggle like crazy. I'll see how I feel after a year. Wish me luck 😂

@@heathervarcoe6894 Thank you. Your story is inspirational 76 days is alot of progress compared to my 8 days you inspire me to continue. Especially the fact that you managed to quit after 60 years it's amazing I've only smoked for 11 years. It must have been a struggle for you in the beginning. I wish you alot of luck and strength

@@MrPositive81 strangely enough the first couple of weeks are easier than the ones that follow. I encourage myself by reminding myself of how many others have suffered through it and prevailed. And when I say "suffered" through it, that's exactly what I mean. A dear friend of mine told me she thought of nothing but cigarettes from the moment she woke up to when she shut her eyes and that lasted a YEAR. So my friend if she and many others can do it, SO CAN WE. I will be praying to or you Mr Positive81. WE WILL PREVAIL 😂😂
