@@robertwitzel I really didn’t see that error code before, try to unplug the refrigerator for 10 minutes and wait, sometimes when we replace the water filter water comes out of the housing and it affects the moisture sensor at the filter, you can remove it out and make it dry, good luck
You can buy it directly from GE, just make sure about the model number of your refrigerator it’s very important, and before ordering the board I will recommend to replace the water filter again, sometimes the chip inside it is defective
Hey Raul, the board suppose to be replaced just if after replacing the water filter the refrigerator still has the error code on it, if doing that you don’t resolve the problem then call a service technician
This is a common issue with this kind of refrigerator, however I would recommend to replace the filter first because sometimes is just the little chip inside the water filter the defective part

Try the oem filter also if you have two new filters try another filter as the first one might be defective or damaged in some way
