- It's rodeo season in Texas and to show our Rodeo spirit I made an alcohol ink cow hide glitter tumbler. This was so much fun to make and play with!

I just attempted this..the cow print turned out beautifully!!! BUT…then I added my layer of epoxy and my alcohol ink began to smear as my cup turned. I am so bummed right now…should I have waited longer for the alcohol ink to dry?
When working with alcohol inks, it’s a good idea to seal them with a clear coat of spray paint before adding epoxy. I’m no professional but that’s what I do. I know your comment is old but maybe this will help!
I tried it but my ink smeared on my white gliter what did I do wrong
How do get your alcohol ink not bleed ?

Did you allow this to dry overnight or did you just go directly into epox? Thanks so much.
I let it dry for at least 3 hours before I epoxy. Over night is best

With the Pro Epoxy do you still need to wear the respirator mask? Such a fun cup!!
So when you did the second coat before you added the ink was that more epoxy and glitter? Just a little confused and I am requesting clear.
