Eco tec....try holding plus button and then press rest.... This will do the same job but without turning boiler off and on again 👍

Hello Tom , what is the difference between P1 and P2 ( max and min fire ) . when to use one and the other ?

In the second boiler you show if you press simultaneously the bottom 2 buttons you'll go into chimney sweep, but I don't remember whether that is gonna be high or low rate

Daft question, but what is the difference between high fire and chimney sweep modes?

Nothing it’s just the different names different manufacturers give the mode

If boilers been range rated, then chimney sweep will take you to whatever CH max is.. this won't be max output

@@raul835 some boilers you can adjust the % but all will let you do maximum or minimum now, that’s not always been the case

I have a question unrelated to this video but I'd appreciate it if you'd answer it:
I have a potterton promax 28. The hot water works fine, pressures fine. When I call for heating the flame sign comes on the programmer and the reciever lights up. But the boiler doesn't fire.
Is this a diverter valve issue?
