    Hi everyone,
    Today's posture exercise focuses on hips alignment. This 5 mins exercise could change our postural alignment if done consistently over time. The hips have a direct effect on our posture. If our hips are misaligned, it will have a direct effect on our upper body alignment and that means our postural alignment.
    Our body always work in opposition to counter-balance us. Say if one hip is lower the corresponding shoulder will "drop or roll forward". So what we want to do is keep our hips as aligned as possible so our upper body stays aligned too. Hence improving postural alignment and uprightness.
