    I have full fat yogurt with fruit & 2Tbsp of seeds it keeps me full till lunch time . I have a salad every lunch time mostly. Then I will have some carbs with my evening meal , I lost 4 stone eating this way & have kept the weight off for over a year I do have a treat of cake or a meal out but if I’ve got the munchies I will have unsalted nuts or whole fruits.

    Dr O'Donovan, have you got a video about burning, throbbing pain in the long bone in the leg and knee. I have been experiencing this for the last 2 weeks i took some painkillers and its not helping.

    Can u tell me that If I have ovary cancer or not
    Hints:
    There is no growth of bacteria of aerobic incubation in 48hrs at 37°C.
    The size of ovary right tumor is 7mm.

      Honestly he can't give insight on these things as diagnoses without having the patient visit for consultations and tests, especially for something like cancer. The most he can give as advice for your specific needs is for you to go to your doctor and have them refer to specialists etc.
      Are you a medical student trying to figure out a scenario or are you a patient? The hints you gave for male and female sounds like a case problem for an exam or something
