Questions are commonly asked about the carbohydrate content in quinoa and whether this is a concern. Here is the answer: Carbohydrates are one of the most misunderstood parts of nutrition. There is a BIG difference between processed/refined carbohydrate rich foods and wholesome/natural carbohydrate-rich foods. There is nothing wrong with the latter, and they should be a part of our regular diet, and are NOT the problem. Carbohydrates ARE our main fuel. This is a biological fact for the human body. Fats and proteins can be converted and used as fuel, but this is not as straightforward and efficient. It is just like using the wrong fuel in our car. Yes a car can run on other fuels, but it is either not as efficient or will lead to a fast or slow breakdown of the "machine". What IS a big problem is that people eat all sorts of "junk" that gets classified as "carbs" and then all carbs are given a bad reputation. Yes, people eat too much bread products, cookies, crackers, pastas, and similar foods, which are a BIG problem for health and weight. But natural, wholesome, carbohydrate-rich foods like grains, beans, and vegetables are NOT the problem. Additionally, most people eat too many oils and all sorts of processed, refined, fast and junk foods made in oils or with oils, which are a huge problem. And people eat too many fats from the wrong sources, and diets too high in protein. These ARE all problems, but not wholesome, natural plant foods, like quinoa. It is also important to understand that it is not the way to optimal health, weight and longevity to see foods as isolated nutrients, or fuss about numbers. To have a healthy relationship with food, we must think of the whole food and its value, not break it down into isolated parts, which distort the food's value. If you have been conditioned to fear carbohydrates, it will be very helpful to either learn some basic biology of the human body, or consult the work of whole-food, leading-edge nutrition leaders like Dr. John McDougall (ua-cam.com/video/YRxORmX-RrQ/v-deo.html), Dr. Michael Greger, Dr. Joel Fuhrman, and the many similar doctors and movements that are helping people come back to what real food and real eating is all about.
Healthytarian, thanks for the explanation about bad and good carbs. I believe that just as all carbs are given bad names, all glutens are given bad names. The body needs everything to be balanced and I believe good gluten should be consumed for the body or skin will be dry and crusty without it. I think lady's fingers, which is Okra, gives a healthy stain that the body needs. Do you know any more healthy gluten that should be consumed? In everything, there is good and bad; we just have to consume the right ones. I await your response.
The problem is the food fads! Whenever we alarm like no carb, no oil, only protein, latest one, ketogenic diet, etc interfere with the normal balanced food triangle. So as here it is said, alarm should be on to processed foods n the said fads. So enjoy a natural balanced, varieties of all available food grains, lentils, pulses, fruits n multi coloured vegetables.
@lonie As with all things, but especially nutrition, it is about the whole package, not any isolated details. People take things out of context, like gluten, where it is not the gluten that is the big problem, but the food that it is in. Eating whole organic rye or wheat or spelt is not a bad thing, as long as someone does not have Celiac disease. What is bad, not just for gluten but for many other reasons, are all the processed and refined grain foods that also contain gluten. It can be argued that modern wheat in general is a problem, but that aside, the focus should always be on eating the right foods and not isolated this or that compound, which is never the answer to optimal health.
@Annamma Yes, food fads are definitely a big problem and play a big role in people's obsessions about food and all the different controversies and arguments. And yes, you are correct, the focus should be on eliminating processed foods period, regardless of what they contain or don't contain, rather than focusing and obsessing about any specific nutrient or food compound. Your list of food fad examples is perfect, except for the oil, which is actually a very processed food, regardless of the type of oil, and hence why true whole-food, plant-based diets do not include any oil.

Great lesson. I now have a better understanding of what quinoa is; how to pronounce the name; and most important, how to prepare it. I will definitely try to cook it again.
How wonderful to listen to a well spoken, intelligent presenter. Your soft spoken, thoughtful presentation was enough to secure my subscription to your program. Will implement your ideas and instructions today. Thank you!
Thank you so much for taking the time out to share in depth information regarding the benefits and use of quinoa. Its was very informative as I'm about to introduce quinoa to my family...this presentation need a five star💯💫👌Thank you for sharing
First of all, thanks for uploading this great video about this superfood. I usually make quinoa as an Indian version ,called quinoa Upma. Basically it’s mix of veggies with onion tomato garlic sautéed , and just adding cooked quinoa to it. It tastes delicious!😊
Yes, delish, and I like to add avocado and/or asparagus, too. I love how pretty red quinoa looks on the plate. I add 2 T butter and 1/2 salt to the quinoa while cooking.
😊Excellent video! I enjoy eating Quinoa often. I will add one thing. In addition to cooking Quinoa, fermenting . . . (“cooked”) . . . Quinoa for 8-12 hours (or more) is the best way to . . “increase” . . it’s nutritional value and get “more” probiotics. Viewers, find a recipe for fermenting grains & seeds that works for you. There are several on the (Internet). I think it tastes better too! 😊 Thank you Evita
From Okotoks AlbertaCanada Your presentation is clear. The topic is well covered in all aspects. Tkyou for this. The information is very educationally helpful and nutritionally beneficial.
I’m glad I’ve found this video, I couldn’t even call the name of this super food. I’m always trying to eat healthy and wanted to know how to make quinoa and I’m happy to see the different ways to fix it. Thank you so much for sharing ideas.
I saw organic quinoa the other day next to chia seeds which I bought because I already know their great health benefits but I had no previous knowledge about quinoa and that's why I decided to find out and, fortunately, I came across your great and informative video. Thanks.
One of the best and detailed cooking video's on Quinoa. I got into it after hearing my workers talk about it and love the pre made ones you just throw in the microwave but can get pricey and hard to find. You should have your own cooking show, be a news anchor or model. Very clear speaking no rambling and freaking gorgeous.
My pleasure, Lyn. And yes, if you feel called to it, definitely give it a try, but be sure to use it as part of a meal you will like, or else it can be quite bland for people who are not used to it.
Nardev.... I have been eating quinoa for several years but watching your video has given me so much insight and comfort that I have been eating something that is extremely healthy. God bless you!
That was an amazing tutorial on quinoa. I bought some quinoa a month ago, but wasn't sure what to do with it, so, it's still sitting in my pantry. thank you so much.
Thank you, I purchased a bag as part of my new healthy/proper eating plan, but wasn't exactly sure of the best way or ways to prepare & include it in my meals, this is very helpful, blessings.
At age 70,I have just learned about this wonderful seed food from eating it in a green vegetable salad. It took on the flavors used in this healthy delicious chicken salad. It is fast becoming my new favorite food. Thanks so much for this wonderfully simple and useful cooking video.
Amazing video, U just reminded me about a decision I made but neglected amost 10 years ago. Quinoa is very easy to grow but people overlook its nutritional benefits. We eat too much of rice and suffer the consequences of lack of nutritional diversity.
Thank you, Evita. Not only are you intelligent and knowledgeable, your presentation is well worth the watch..................and easily undertaken. :-)
Thank you so much for your kind feedback, Janet. As it is in our world today, people find all kinds of things to pick on and not like, rather than focusing on that which they do appreciate and enjoy. Best wishes to you for good health and wellbeing!
i bought a bag of this today for the first time. my daughter told me about this. due to having health problems & to loose weight..which i need for all. i hope i will like it & if not im not going to stop useing it.. gotta go for it.. great video. very clear spoking. thank you for the info.
Thank you for the feedback about the video. Please keep in mind that weight loss must be approached from a whole diet perspective in order to be effective, and not through any single foods. The key is to keep adding the healthiest and most weight-friendly foods, like whole plant foods, and keep reducing the foods that are most problematic for our health and weight, like processed and animal foods. Best wishes!
It was a pleasure to listen and watch this video. Extremely well explained and very informative. I love quinoa, have been eating it for a long time now, but learned quiet a lot from you.
+connie medeiros What a pleasure to hear! Thanks so much for watching Connie, and for taking the time to share your wonderful and very helpful feedback with me.
Just started using quinoa to replace rice in my diet ( eating habits) for now im eating in steamed plain mush as a side dish, replacing rice as well as pasta...im enjoying it so far & plan to experiment later with other options on how to eat quinoa 👍👍
I’ve never had quinoa but it has been suggested with a new diet for arthritis. Your video was so informative, you were a huge help to me. I’ve subscribed! Thank you!
this was such a good informative video. I have wanted to try it, but did not know how to use it. thank you for explaining the health benifits and how to prepare it.
You are awesome intelligent educated very understandable speaking how can people how to take care of them selfwhen they are worried about diabetes thanks million💐🙏
One of the better websites to learn about real whole food is "World's Healthiest Foods", and you can learn about quinoa here: www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=142 But in general, all whole plant foods are superfoods in their own right, and the more we eat of them, the better!
This was so interesting and you were so thoroughly enjoyable to listen to and to learn from. Thank you. I will definitely try cooking with Quinoa very soon.
i love Quinoa, if i am going to use it for breakfast or in my smoothies i add cinnamon and a little ground cloves and ground ginger as it is cooking, for use with my lunch or dinner meals i add curry powder to the water as it is cooking....good stuff ;-))
Awesome thank you I enjoyed your video I love it , it is very informative video I never used it before because I did not know to good it , now I know how to use it Excellent .God bless you..
There are small variations in the cooking time, and yes, different cooking styles, but overall it is a quick and easy grain to cook simply on the stove the way I show. Thank you for watching!
This video is very helpful. You are using an electric stove and I have an electric stove so it's good to know how to properly set for cooking. Awesome video
it’s originally from Peru and has been a vital part of Peruvian culture for thousands of years by the Incas. While it’s great that quinoa is now grown in other places, it’s always nice to remember and honor its Peruvian roots. Just thought I’d share this fun fact! 🌱💚
Very informative and helpful. My first experience with quinoa was horrible. A friend made a salad of quinoa, some oil, and chopped veggies. I couldn't eat it because every spoonful I choked on it trying to swallow it. Then I tried it again as a quinoa patty with veggies in it and grilled. It tasted pretty good but still dry (don't breath it in while talking) and I also discovered that quinoa is an extremely high fiber food which acts very quickly. Eventually I found that a salad using a small amount of quinoa with chopped veggies, chopped nuts, garlic or onions chopped, and enough olive oil to make this salad easy to swallow was the perfect way so far to consume it for me. Now I feel that I can try it as a cooked cereal for breakfast 😊, remembering that it is a super fiber so don't need much. I bought some dry packaged 'sprouted' quinoa and I have some bulk tricolor quinoa in a jar. Not sure of the shelf life of quinoa? Also, I will try cooking it in my little rice cooker.
Great to hear that you are finding ways to enjoy it that work for you, Diana. Ultimately, healthy eating should be enjoyable and it is okay not to like quinoa, or other foods like it, assuming you gave it a fair try in several meal forms. Just because some of these seemingly novel items are now available in other countries to which they are not native and widely advertised, does not mean we need to eat them. The healthy whole plant foods that are mostly local, seasonal, and available to us normally are usually the best options for us to focus on and center our diets around. As for the shelf life of quinoa, it is similar to all other *dry grains and beans*, meaning that under proper storage conditions, it can last a year or more. The key is to keep it in a sealed container, not exposed to air, and in a dry and relatively cool place. Sprouted dry quinoa should be consumed within a faster time frame, but will still be fine for months. And sure, you can try cooking it in a rice cooker, but it will be much faster to cook it on the stovetop since quinoa only takes about 10 to 15 minutes, as I share in the video. All the best!
Really very nice video. It describes what are the nutrition of Quinoa, how to cook it and mainly different recipes for it. Many thanks for this Kind of making videos.... 😊😊
You are super welcome, Sarah, and thank you for your kind comment and support. Given that UA-cam attracts all kinds of people, some just watch videos they don't like to begin with, while others have specific expectations that they think all videos should meet to their liking. To each their own ;)
@@Healthytarian thank you for replying. I just came across someone talking about the negative effects of Quinoa being leaky gut syndrome( LSG), if not soaked enough or prepared properly. I already have LGS, but enjoy Quinoa a lot. what is a way to prevent that from happening, please
Hi Sarah, unfortunately there is a lot of information and misinformation online today, and much of it is fuled by fear and incomplete information. Leaky gut is caused by an unhealthy diet coupled with a high-stress lifestyle. So the more you improve your diet and balance your lifestyle to be more in alignment with your true needs as a human being, the more you will heal your intestines. As for quinoa, there is nothing to fear, as long as you cook your quinoa properly, and soaking it beforehand can further help. For more information about this topic, please refer to my guide here: www.evolvingwellness.com/post/a-holistic-guide-to-lectins-phytates-and-oxalates-for-healthy-eating And I also provide an article about the benefits of soaking here: www.evolvingwellness.com/post/what-is-the-benefit-of-soaking-foods-like-grains-and-beans
This was exactly what I needed, very informative and helpful, thank you, this is an excellent introduction for newbies like me. Subscribed, can't wait to see what else you have uploaded. Many thanks from Warwickshire UK.
Thank you so much for sharing this very informative video, I've heard of Quinoa but had absolutely no idea how to use it, I will be trying this in a salad recipe. Instructions were so clear that I'm sure I won't create a disaster.Again thanks so much. I'm in Fla and this will be great for the hot humid months ahead.
Hello Evita, one of my friend gave me the quinoa to try out but I didn't now that I saw your video, you show so many different way to make it. Thank you for explaining it so beautifully.
I dry roast quinoa on low heat till it looks a bit brown, then add ,say, to one cup quinoa 1.5 water. Now I add a handful of shreded coconut and cook covered on very low heat till water is gone and quinoa looks fluffy. its delicious !!
Great to hear this works for you. In general, for optimal health I encourage people to avoid roasting or toasting their food, as the high heat and color change alone gives us lots of clues that we are denaturing and destroying its nutritional potential. So the less we process our food, whether at home or industrially, the better. To your best health!
I really enjoyed this your very informative I think you covered everything I wanted to know about quinoa my first experience was bad because I didn't rinse the quinoa
Fantastic. Very informative. I've been using quinoa for some time now. This vid enforces my use of the food. Your presentation and ethos is very inspirational. Thank you Evita.
Hello there .. thanks for your video..it's very informative about the quinoa.. this is the first time I come to know about this heavenly blessed food on earth with tremondeous amount healthy nutrients ... I really , appreciate your explanation about this product ... I add this product in my daily life from now... thanks mam.. take care .. God bless you .. 🤗🤗☺😊👍💪
Thanks Madam... I belive , you love the organic foods.. if you know any such healthy food for muscle growing ... I am about to start bodybuidling...I love only organic food apart from other food .. the main part of your watching video is .. you explanation is so research and deep and moreover very clear understandable.. I appreciate you more and God bless you so much to you and near dears...
Thanks Suresh. For muscle building the most important thing is to eat enough food that is high in nutrients, not any one specific food. But I will caution you about following the trendy fitness muscle building advice, which neglects to consider how what you do today will impact your future health. High meat or animal product diets or supplements or protein powders are not the way to best health or fitness. To learn the most up-date science about nutrition that excels for athletes and body builders, look into this film, "The Game Changers" (gamechangersmovie.com/), as well as body builders like Robert Cheeke (robertcheeke.net/) and Patrick Baboumian (ua-cam.com/video/6XmcyMxN8sI/v-deo.html)
@@Healthytarian - thanks mam.. you are so sweet ..you provided me very important links ..for developing the muscles .. and also the healthy diet.. I am using quinoa in my Every day life .. it keeps me very active and fit ... Thank you so much ... I love the way you explain the video with a very simple and lucid language ... mam I want to know foods that are organic rich in calcium apart from diary products ..pls .. Thanks once again ..I love you so much 😊😊😊😊🤗🤗😍
You are very welcome. With regards to food rich in calcium, in general, as long as you are eating a variety of foods daily, you don't ever have to worry about getting enough calcium without dairy. This means eating some fruits, some vegetables, including leafy greens and green vegetables, some grains, some beans, and some nuts or seeds daily. All of these foods have some calcium and together it all adds up. Plus, when we eat whole, plant foods mostly or fully in our diet, we don't have an acidic diet that requires more calcium, like diets rich in processed foods and animal foods. But if you want extra rich sources of calcium, look to foods like leafy greens, green vegetables, almonds, sesame seeds/tahini, figs, and most beans and lentils. See here for more info: www.pcrm.org/health/diets/vsk/vegetarian-starter-kit-calcium
Hello, and greetings from Nottingham, UK! I've just seen your great video about quinoa, and I loved it!!! I've been eating this yummy seed for six years now and it's a firm favourite. I buy organic tricolore from my brilliant health food shop, and I can easily buy it on line too. I've experimented by cooking it with amaranth, which produced a very interesting 'porridge', and I really enjoy this with organic honey, a few drips of good vanilla extract, some pistachios and a goodly dollop of natural yoghurt, organic - of course! I've just bought some whole cardamon pods and I'll bash up a couple and add to my quinoa ioday to prepare my next batch. Pomegranate seeds with their gorgeous gleaming pinkness and a drizzle of date nectar with some toasted almond flakes are tomorrow's breakfast!!!
+Karen Titmus Thank you so much for taking the time to share your comment and feedback Karen. And great to hear about your meal approach to quinoa and whole, plant foods! To your best health :)
Karen Titmus you seem to have a really good energy and excitement about eating healthy foods and preparing them. Just don't really understand about the disconnect. Why you are using and still consuming animal products like honey and the yogurt. And you stress that your yogurt is organic like that makes some sort of difference. It doesn't. The dairy industry is cruel and corrupt in every country~"organic" doesn't change that. Dairy is dairy and if you just do some research right here on UA-cam you will likely be rethinking some of your choices. The way you use quinoa is potentially awesome and just a little bit of tweaking once you understand about Dairy is all you will have to do to make those recipes of yours optimal. And I promise you they will be just as yummy. When we know better we do better.
I have found that it is best ground into flour and added to pancake and waffle batter!! So good!! I also just add it to my granola with all the seeds, nuts and old fashion rolled oats, wheat germ and coconut! It's the only grain that is a complete protein!
Thank you for sharing your quinoa eating preferences, Patricia. With regard to the protein, please note that the idea of "complete" and "incomplete" proteins is a myth and has been greatly misguiding people in our society to seeing whole plant foods as inferior to animal foods. All whole plant foods contain complete proteins, and I educate about this fully in my Plant and Animal Protein Myths guide here: www.evolvingwellness.com/post/protein-myths-about-plant-and-animal-protein-sources

Great lesson. I now have a better understanding of what quinoa is; how to pronounce the name; and most important, how to prepare it. I will definitely try to cook it again.
Glad to hear you found the video helpful, thank you for your feedback!
How wonderful to listen to a well spoken, intelligent presenter. Your soft spoken, thoughtful presentation was enough to secure my subscription to your program. Will implement your ideas and instructions today. Thank you!

You are super welcome, Sharon, and thank you so much for your beautiful feedback and comment :)
First of all, thanks for uploading this great video about this superfood. I usually make quinoa as an Indian version ,called quinoa Upma. Basically it’s mix of veggies with onion tomato garlic sautéed , and just adding cooked quinoa to it. It tastes delicious!😊
what a fantastic idea!! Thanks for sharing :)
Thanks so much for sharing your nice comment and tip for others to benefit from, Poonam!
Great tip! Thank you for sharing your advice and for your lovely feedback.

+Airidoka You are so very welcome and thank you for that kind compliment :)
Excellent speaker with detailed info; i was mostly curious about how to cook it 👍 as i wasn't familiar with this seed.
Glad it was helpful and thank you for your kind feedback.
I saw organic quinoa the other day next to chia seeds which I bought because I already know their great health benefits but I had no previous knowledge about quinoa and that's why I decided to find out and, fortunately, I came across your great and informative video. Thanks.
You are very welcome, and thank you for sharing your comment and nice feedback :)
Stumbled on your video , thank you for sharing variety of ways to use quinoa.
You are very welcome, and thanks for stopping by the channel.
Thank you so much for your kind comment and meaningful feedback. It is greatly appreciated :)
I am not a quinoa lover but you have encouraged me to try it out. Thank you for you talk
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Glad to hear you enjoyed the video :)

That is great to hear, thank you so much! Best wishes with your health!
cooking it for the first time, not six inches to the right of my laptop - Fantastic overview history, soul and uses of quinoa!
Awesome, I hope you enjoyed it! And thank you for watching and sharing your comment.
That was an amazing tutorial on quinoa. I bought some quinoa a month ago, but wasn't sure what to do with it, so, it's still sitting in my pantry. thank you so much.
Glad it was helpful! Thank you, Charmaine, and best wishes for your health and wellbeing.
Thank you, I purchased a bag as part of my new healthy/proper eating plan, but wasn't exactly sure of the best way or ways to prepare & include it in my meals, this is very helpful, blessings.
Great to hear, thank you very much for your nice comment.
I love Quinoa my favorite!Thanks for sharing!😋
You are very welcome. All the best!
At age 70,I have just learned about this wonderful seed food from eating it in a green vegetable salad.
It took on the flavors used in this healthy delicious chicken salad. It is fast becoming my new favorite food.
Thanks so much for this wonderfully simple and useful cooking video.
You are most welcome Bonnie, and thank you for watching!
Evita, truly grateful to you for this well researched video. God bless you for me. My name is Sylvia, watching you from Accra, Ghana, west Africa.
Thank you so much for your lovely comment and feedback, Sylvia. Blessings to you!
Amazing video, U just reminded me about a decision I made but neglected amost 10 years ago. Quinoa is very easy to grow but people overlook its nutritional benefits. We eat too much of rice and suffer the consequences of lack of nutritional diversity.
Thank you kindly for your feedback and personal thoughts about using it in the diet.
Very informative & helpful for me on an anti inflammatory diet. Your video great. No background annoying music & direct & to the point.
Thanks so much! I am glad you enjoyed it and I appreciate your nice feedback :)
Thank you, Evita. Not only are you intelligent and knowledgeable, your presentation is well worth the watch..................and easily undertaken. :-)
This is a very good video....I can't understand why anyone would dislike this video..
Thank you so much for your kind feedback, Janet. As it is in our world today, people find all kinds of things to pick on and not like, rather than focusing on that which they do appreciate and enjoy. Best wishes to you for good health and wellbeing!
Thank you for putting the time stamps of the topics covered in this vid in your show notes. Love your voice & clear presentation. Ty from NH USA.
Glad it was helpful! Thank you for your kind feedback, Marirose.
i bought a bag of this today for the first time. my daughter told me about this. due to having health problems & to loose weight..which i need for all. i hope i will like it & if not im not going to stop useing it.. gotta go for it.. great video. very clear spoking. thank you for the info.

@@Healthytarian do you recommend a website for quinoa and other superfood ?
One of the better websites to learn about real whole food is "World's Healthiest Foods", and you can learn about quinoa here: www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=142
But in general, all whole plant foods are superfoods in their own right, and the more we eat of them, the better!
One of the best videos on quinoa I've seen! 🎉😊
Awesome to hear :) Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with me!
Thank you so much for the information you shared. The nutrients are the main reason I will be preparing Quinoa dishes.
You are so welcome, Lillian. Thank you for your nice comment.

Awesome thank you I enjoyed your video I love it , it is very informative video I never used it before because I did not know to good it , now I know how to use it Excellent .God bless you..
Glad you liked it, and thank you for sharing your comment with me.
Thankyou... I love Quinoa but every recipe video shows different cooking instructions.... just wanted to make sure once in for all 🙂
There are small variations in the cooking time, and yes, different cooking styles, but overall it is a quick and easy grain to cook simply on the stove the way I show. Thank you for watching!
This video is very helpful. You are using an electric stove and I have an electric stove so it's good to know how to properly set for cooking. Awesome video
Thank you very much Juanita for your nice comment.
it’s originally from Peru and has been a vital part of Peruvian culture for thousands of years by the Incas. While it’s great that quinoa is now grown in other places, it’s always nice to remember and honor its Peruvian roots. Just thought I’d share this fun fact! 🌱💚
Thank you so much for your inputs.... you're very knowledgeable..... it's very helpful... thanks again.....
God bless....☺️😇🌻💞
You are very welcome Mimi. Thank you for your nice feedback and comment.
Thank you so much for your kind and valuable feedback. Much appreciated!
Thank you for such great presentation. Excellent information. i don't get how 540 people did not like it. You got my thumbs up
You are super welcome, Sarah, and thank you for your kind comment and support.
For more information about this topic, please refer to my guide here: www.evolvingwellness.com/post/a-holistic-guide-to-lectins-phytates-and-oxalates-for-healthy-eating
And I also provide an article about the benefits of soaking here: www.evolvingwellness.com/post/what-is-the-benefit-of-soaking-foods-like-grains-and-beans
This was exactly what I needed, very informative and helpful, thank you, this is an excellent introduction for newbies like me. Subscribed, can't wait to see what else you have uploaded.

My pleasure, Gemma, and thank you for your nice comment.
Hello Evita, one of my friend gave me the quinoa to try out but I didn't now that I saw your video, you show so many different way to make it. Thank you for explaining it so beautifully.
You are most welcome Sharon and thanks for the feedback. Wonderful that you can enjoy this healthy and wholesome plant food in your diet!
Very well presented. Very informative and I enjoyed watching your video. thank you.
You are most welcome, and thank you for your great feedback.
I really enjoyed this
your very informative
I think you covered everything I wanted to know about quinoa

Hello there .. thanks for your video..it's very informative about the quinoa.. this is the first time I come to know about this heavenly blessed food on earth with tremondeous amount healthy nutrients ... I really , appreciate your explanation about this product ... I add this product in my daily life from now... thanks mam.. take care .. God bless you .. 🤗🤗☺😊👍💪
My pleasure Suresh, and thank you for your nice comment and feedback.
Thankyou dear for ur smart presentation 👌
You are most welcome 😊 Thank you!
To your best health :)
cool

Excellent presentation. Very informative.
Really good to get your feedback. Thank you.
All whole plant foods contain complete proteins, and I educate about this fully in my Plant and Animal Protein Myths guide here: www.evolvingwellness.com/post/protein-myths-about-plant-and-animal-protein-sources
thank you for sharing the feedback, i love it quinoa cokies are also available in costco , very yummy
