The 2007 Transformers live-action movie was a great promotional tool for the 2010 Camaro. Every version of the movie afterwards up to now has also made the Camaro from 2010 to now so world famous.

I'm not denying the Camano is a better handling car, but the Mustang has better visibility, a wider trunk opening, and a larger rear seat, all small things that add up to make the car much easier to live with. Moving into subjective territory, I think the Mustang looks a lot better,and has better heritage. I like most car enthusiasts I've met, recognize that both cars have never been better, and that they've both become world class performance cars. The camaro will outperform the Mustang yes, but this gap only really becomes apparent when you're approaching the performance limit of these cars. Which you basically never will approach on the street unless you're going to be an idiot and drive recklessly, or unless you're on a racetrack, which most people aren't. At the end of the day, I and most people, really only care about how these cars look and how they make you feel, if one is 2 seconds faster around a track great, I don't really give a shit, and neither should you.

My dad bought an IROC-Z28 when he was in college new. While it almost sent him into bankruptcy, he still has it and loves to drive it in the summer months
I am a Chevy guy, but I would never turn down pretty much any of the Cobras, particularly the Terminator.

Sure, there may have been a year that has the engine you're referring to, but the Z/28 has had multiple engines over the years, and you're just referring to _one_ of those. Just because the engine is from the Trans Am racing series, doesn't mean that "Z/28" is referring to it in any way because "Z/28" doesn't show up in any aspect of the Trans Am racing series.

The current version of the challenger... I mean $35 a day hertz rental to a 840hp demon that runs a 9sec quarter mile stock is a big spread.
I absolutely love my 5th gen convertible, everything I could ever want in a car. Decently quick, loud when you want it to be, and just downright beautiful. Working on it is super easy and parts arent that expensive anymore. Definitely a car everyone should at least test drive

Honestly my love for both cars is immense. I'm prefer the Mustang but I've got nothing but respect for the Camaro. They take turns passing the crown around and though some years one car holds it longer than others, I can't wait to see what is next for the Camaro. Considering that the GT500 holds the crown for now.😉
