I bought a used 2010 Camaro with about 100k miles in August 2019 and it’s been so fun with no issues thus far. It’s even held up through winter as a daily driver 👍🏻
Lorenzo Martinez yeah that’s the only good Camaro now but remember there is the Mustang especially the new GT500 and the Challenger like the Hellcat and Demon
Auto is faster but there's something about having that t6066 6 speed in mine. And you definitely need the npp exhaust in it. That with the standard I can make the car sound like a beast .
Clutch and Coast they look hella sick fasho, but when you hop in the drivers seat and you’re taller than 5’5 you’re gonna hate it because you sit ridiculously low and the windows feel like jailhouse slot windows
They look incredible but man I’ve gotten behind the wheel of a 6th gen once and Jesus do you pay for the looks. Scared the hell out of me to drive, couldn’t see a thing
I drove one and holy shit that thing blew me away. I was turning a corner and feel like I didn’t push the gas to hard but it was enough to almost get me to spin out. I’m not used to driving a car with that much power
Yeah I was surprised that people care about my 2010 2SS that I just got last month. I figured that people would just think "meh, old camaro" but I get compliments all the time. I'm glad people seem to appreciate it as much as I do.
I really love my 2012. It's a great car. About to re stripe mine and put a different wheel style on there. Also, I don't really understand why people bring up being able to see in them. I have no trouble in mine, mainly because I can overtake slower cars on the road with ease and the rectangularish design helps you fit in between cars like nothing. Add in good breaking, a responsive acceleration pedal, decent rear and side view mirrors, and you can easily get in and out of of traffic on the fly.
Hey since you own one I wanted to ask you a question fyi I’m thinking of buying a 2013 lt v6 for a first car and I wanted to ask if that is the best option and if the car is reliable
@@JoseSanchez-rx1pz They’re very similar cars. The 2013 is gonna be just as reliable. Nothing engine wise really changed if I’m not mistaken so great reliability for the price point. I got my 2012 V6 LT with literally 112k miles on it at a used Orr Chevrolet dealership. Was about 12 grand give or take of the lot. It ran great and feels great. I drove it from North East Texas to Las Vegas and the gas mileage was good. It was nearly 1500 miles and I enjoyed every bit of the drive. Aside from that it was my every day commute car and I LOVED every minute I was driving it.
Im looking into a 2012 manual 2ss w like 20k miles on it, i currently drive a auto bk2 genesis coupe w the 3.8. And that has 63k miles. Do you think the trade would be worth it for driving experience and all that
I got a 2017 Camaro 2LT back in January of 2017 and i use it as my daily driver. It has all the bells and whistles (including blind spot monitors that light up in your mirrors which helps a great deal with the visibility issue) and the only thing it's missing that the SS has is the extra 2 cylinders but it still does 0-60 in 4 seconds so i'm not complaining at all and honestly it's not like i'm racing the thing so top speed doesn't really mater. I have fun with it and enjoy overtaking people on the interstate and such. It's had a couple of issues here and there, a few recalls and an issue where the transmission would stutter under moderate acceleration, but it was all covered under warranty so no harm, no foul. All in all, you want something fun that you can feel really cool in that is also surprisingly well mannered and quiet when your getting home late at night and don't want to wake the neighbors and that isn't going to break the bank, you can find one of these used pretty easily for around $25K.
I owned my 2010 Camaro 2SS/RS for 10 years! Easy to upgrade. It got 27 mpg HWY before headers and tune. It can be hard to see out of but if you know how to properly adjust your mirrors, you shouldn't have much of an issue. Oh, and mine is also slammed on air!
Part of the club. 2013 2SS/ RS here as well. Black paint, black leather interior, HUD display, heated power seats, mylink system and backup camera with sensor. The interior doesnt feel dated at all except the stock touch screen monitor. I would like to play movies and watch youtube on my lunch breaks so I'm planning to upgrade the headunit . Ive owned it for 7 years. Its at 80k miles and still drives like a dream. It's also bagged on 3H airlift performance. I still have stock wheels on nittos but i plan on getting flush staggered concaves. I mirror your sentiment. Not the best visibility of all my cars but it's certainly the most fun.
Owned my 2012 Camaro RS for a a year now and love driving it. Has a timing chain issue, but hasn't ceased up. Keeping everything stock because it's already perfect the way it's designed.
What caused me to fall in love is that the newer models carry more power than the v8 counterparts of the 80s and 90s. And they feel just as good, but more solid. I immediately felt comfortable getting into it being a previous generation owner.
Just bought a 2012 2SS with the heads up display, Custom tune, the whole nine yards. And I friggin love it dude. Though I feel the rear end is going out (which is why I got the 3 year warranty) BUT it will honestly take your breath away. Damn fun car to drive and gets drooled over every where I go as a young dude driving a muscle car. Didn’t pay all that much for it either. I’ve drove both mustangs and chargers and I’ve gotta say the camaro takes the cake as far as reliability and overall enthusiasm.
The 2016+ are REALLY good cars. You do get used to the visability. They are super easy and reliable to mod to upwards of 800RWHP and handle really really well
I already own a 2013 ss but I wanted to hear what you had to say. Personally, it was my dream car as a kid. My car is amazing. Never given me any type of problems. Gas mileage isn’t terrible. It’s a decent daily honestly. The only thing you really struggle with is having to carry more than two people
I'm currently thinking about getting a zl1 (preferably 2013-2014) as my first car, but as expected most of the reviews are about the visibility issues and costly insurance and how it's a terrible first care, however, It's my dream car and since I'm able to afford one, I'm thinking about getting it!
I've owned an '08 Civic So, a '10 Vette, '13 BRZ, '15 Camaro LS, and a '16 Camaro SS. The new Camaro is easily the best one of the bunch provided you can live with the drawbacks. Downside are that there is almost no storage in the cabin, visibility isn't that bad but it isn't great either, and it is useless in colder weather (I garage mine from Nov. to April). Outside of that, they are tremendous. Interior isn't bad, the driving dynamics are insanely good, power at all trim level is excellent, sounds great... all around great car. Just know the weaknesses and be honest if they matter to you.
@M depends on what you value in a car. I love my Camaro, but the new 86 is, evidently, great. From what I've read, the 86 fixed a lot of the issues the older one had. The Camaro handles great, as does the 86, the Camaro just has so much power if you go SS. Plus side is power and noise. Downside is that 2nd gear does over 70, so rowing through the gears, legally, is not possible. Personally, I don't think you can go wrong with either, I am just a V8 person, I love the sound and power.
Alex 2v nope the automatics did which is technically not an ls3 in the automatic it’s an l99 same 6.2 just cam and lifters and other bs is different from the manual ls3 6.2
I had a 2018 SS. Sweet ride. Looks great, handles like a dream, and gets moving real fucking fast. Lots of low end torque, so it’s fun even when zipping around at lower speeds. Only downsides are the fuel economy, which is expected, and the outward visibility, which is solved by getting blind spot assist with the 2SS. Never loved a car like I loved that thing.
I'm on my 3rd 6th gen, Camaro SS 6 speed. It's an absolutely great car and I drive it 60 miles round trip every day. I average 22-23mpg. The A8 I had got even better mpg. And as long as the TSB for the trans fluid flush has been done on the A8, nothing to worry about.
Funny this video comes out less than 3 weeks after getting my 6 gen 😂 I love it if you have any negatives to this car go drive one. I'm a mustang guy at heart and the camaro won me over in every factor
Ye I’m going through the same phase rn. I’m a mustang lover at heart. About to buy my 1st car and I’m looking hard at 15-17 GTs. But my body keeps on walking towards 5th gen camaros 😭 it’s scary. I really like them, plus I don’t see many camaros on the street vs mopar and mustangs.
@@fc3.Qisking honestly the exclusivity was also what won me you see mustangs everyone but Camaros r so much more rare and just unique to have. And if I'm comparing driving characteristics the Camaro just feels more well put together the handling alone is so good they really set the bar for what a pony car can be
I have a black 2021 Camaro 1SS, just got it last month. I'm absolutely in love with it. Has the dual mode exhaust on it, which is a MUST. It sounds AMAZING.
The ecotec motor honestly isnt a terrible option, they can handle tons of boost and be made into pretty fun and crazy cars. Recommend it for anyone who has less to spend at the start and will be able to spend more over time
Good video! I’ve had my 2012 SS/RS almost 8 years and have not had a single issue with my LS3 equipped 6 spd car. Bought new in 2012 for $31k and it’s been worth every penny, it’s a keeper :)
Zelda Menefee same 😂😂😂 honestly who cares, half the people hating on the I4 are the ones who say if you have a camaro it’s SS or Bust, yet they drive a 95 Civic hatchback 😂😂
Kevin Quintanar right??? I mean the 2.0L isnt a monster, they are very very quick, ive gapped Charger and Challenger R/T’s and S197 GT’s in my car, dont underestimate the 4 bangers, they make good power especially when tuned
I have a Cadillac ATS with the 2.0 turbo. Great engine. Although I think I would take a coupe ATS over a Camaro if they both had that engine. The ATS will give you the upgrades.
I LOVE my 2015 Chevrolet Camaro!! RS, bright yellow, fully loaded! I bought it last year with only 8,300 miles on it. RS = LESS COST (gas, maintenance, insurance) with plenty of power for a DD, and so badass looking! I upgraded the exhaust system to give it it's rightful heritage as a muscle car. No other mods to motor. Bottom line, the more you modify the engine, it quicker you will wear it out. Engineers designed the engine for a reason. To be the most efficient possible. I want to keep my car as long as possible! Those engineers are where I take my cues from!
I daily drove my 2016 SS with some Eibach pro kit springs, Rotofab Cold air intake, chevys NPP exhaust and let me tell you, I loved every damn second in that thing... ♥️
I bought my 2011 Camaro SS this time last year and it's the best worst financial mistake I've ever made. Drinks gas like a mofo, parts are relatively inexpensive (but I work at a GM dealership so I get the hook ups 🤙), super easy and open engine bay to work in and under...BUT the best part of all is the fact that I own a piece of American history. The nostalgia and pride I feel when getting in, out and driving it is an indescribable feeling and I'm so glad I didn't pass up the opportunity to buy it because it was honestly a steal.
??? The visibility is literally not bad since 60% of the side of the car is the door so... unless you drive one I doubt you can say visibility is trash.
I got used to it pretty quickly. However I notice when I'm driving my other cars how much more visibility I have. The only gripe I have about the Camaro in terms of visibility is when I'm switching lanes.
I currently drive a 2018 2SS. It’s been my daily since march of 2018. All I can say is that it’s an amazing car, and you get used to the visibility. I plan on adding a modded 2011 2ss to the garage very soon. As a play toy and a new daily as well
I feel like Americans downplay their cars the most. Camaro is my favorite car at the moment, followed by Corvette. Always saw a special appeal in muscle cars over the ''exotics". Proud owner of Camaro 17 RS. Imo(controversial) European brands give worst value for money, asian brands give the best value for money for people who just want a reliable vehicle to commute, American brands give the best value for money in terms of horsepower and aggressive looks and overall a car that an enthusiast can love without spending a fortune. Appreciate this video!
I got a 2018 2SS hot wheels edition 3 weeks ago and I am in love. It's been my dream to own one since I first saw the 2002 SS (all black with the lip kit and the big hood scoop) as a 12 year old. The only real issue that I have as a daily with it is the total laughable lack of storage in the cabin. With the 2SS package you get all the safety stuff so the only time that visibility is actually as bad as people say is when you are looking for curbs and such so I highly recommend that trim. Other than those 2 things the car is an absolute beast and very easy and quite pleasant to daily. Nice vid, man!
Since you guys are giving gm some love here, why not do one on the 4th gen firebirds. Crazy cheap, ls engines, and the ws6 has functional ram air. Ram, friggin, air. Probably some of the fastest cars you can get under 10k.
Let me tell you, owning a 6th gen Camaro SS is awesome, but he's right, my A8 has been having a lot of problems, and all the tech BS has it's fair share of problems too, but, it is an amazing car to drive, and it actually handles very well. Super fun car. I love my Camaro.
Just bought my first Camaro at age 67 and love it. 2021 2SS model. After being in the shop 4 times for the SD drive memory chip repair, what ever the hell that is the car runs great. As for gas mileage I am not going to complain, my trip to Havasu and back 300 miles each way 28.2 mpg. It avg 16 mpg around town. Yes it’s hard to see out the windows, just get use to your mirror sensors.
My dad wanted a super snake about 3 years ago. I talked him into a ZL1 instead. He got the dealer to send one from outta state it was a 2015. Only made 500 to the wheel in stock form. Pulley/injectors put him at around 600. He busted my uncles hellcats ass at this point. He then went the stronger valves a big cam and a couple other things he refused to tell me. Bumped it up to 800 on motor and around 900 on nitrous. He just had a 3 speed power glide put in and he’s still yet to spend over 5,000k in it. I joke with him all the time about wanting a ford but he loves that damn car it’s just the gift that keeps on giving.
Transformers. Introduced me to Meghan Fox and the Gen 5 camaro.. I was done. I LOVE my 2015 SS 1LE. It just has a gutteral appeal that simply never gets old. I love all the American Muscle cars, and performance cars in general, but I have a soft spot for the Gen 5 camaro. My wife won't let me have Meghan Fox. But she loves the Camaro.
Not to mention the new gen lt1s are are extremely underrated my 2017 SS dynoed at 402 to the wheels which is like 500 at the crank does 0-60 in 3.9 secs and has gone a 1/4 mile in 12.2 secs with just an intake lol great cars I love them.
I used to think I wanted a 5th gen ZL1, then I realized performance wise the 6th gen SS kept up with it almost entirely. The only 5th gen I'd pick up would be the Z/28 and that's just for the LS7.
Driving home from work and listening to this video in my '21 2SS manual... I could hear the bald eagles screaming and felt a mullet growing every time I revved it out! 😁
I knew a kid who brought in his v8 camero once into the shop because his motor failed on him and the other shop wanted to charge him a crazy amount for labor and parts
I own a 6th gen and I've never had issues, but I hear the A8 can have shudder problems that requires a fluid flush to fix. That being said, outside of you feeling like you're in a rolling tomb, the car is an absolute dream to drive. The 6th gens handle amazingly, have a ton of power, and the I4 and V6 are fantastic entry level sports cars that won't break the bank. Almost got my SS out of the red though, so I'm gonna be trading up to a 2018 ZL1 here soon
I drive my 5th Gen SS year round... rain, snow, sun... day, evening, night... and once you own one it is literally the easiest and most basic to maintain performance car to drive daily. GAAAHAHAAH ALEX FROM ALEX.FI FINALLY DID A VIDEO OF MY CAR YE-YE!!!
When I saw the new 6th Gen Camaro SS for the first time and just saw what a great performance bargain you could get for that price range, I knew I had to have one. Fast forward to today, I have loved every single day of owning this car. Just an absolute fun and fast car to drive and there’s nothing better than adding a few mods to spice up an already great looking and sounding car. Looking to upgrade to a ZL1 1LE soon.
I can let you all know that the 5th gen v6 is a perfect sports car to learn how to drive on. The gas mileage isnt terrible, you can get 20-21 city if you dont step on the gas a ton lol. Freeway i dont know that well, i dont typically take the freeways. Theyre great cars, and the 6 speed is touchy, but awesome nonetheless
Visibility isn't bad at all. Like legit the side doors are so big and the glass is huge so I don't know where people get the whole "you can't see sh*t" when... you can.
bought a 2010 ss totally stock with high miles for 11 k . spent 1500 on headers and strait pipe, 150 on intake.100 for catch can. 700 for tune. 300 for stock 21 inch rims that chevy made and 600 for new tires. after changing all fluids and belts I spent 14.6 k roughly . 36 bucks a HP. I love the car so so much. fast, fun, good looking. also my full coverage insurance in only 110 a month. next thing is coilovers and I'm pretty much going to leave it at that. I always wanted a sports car and Im so glad I got a 5th gen.
@@daytonasixty-eight1354 The nastiest street legal muscle car I've ever seen was a twin turbo sn95 V6 Mustang built for autocross. I think that preconceived notions are bullshit. Too many people learn about cars from video games and Vin Diesel movies. Thanks to them though, you can build this supercar killer for less than 12k. Hell, you can get 80% of the upgrades at any junkyard.
@@similaritiesendhere Ya but this is a camaro we are talking about. Why get a V6 or a straight four to spend money on making fast when you can just get an LS? I don't even like muscle cars but I got a camaro just because the engine and drivetrain are stellar. You can boost a lot of engines for power, but the LS family is dead reliable. That's also why I stay away from small four cylinders. You can get power out of them, but in general a larger displacement engine will have better reliability as you deviate from stock. Especially if it doesn't need to rev as much as a small four cylinder will. Which again is why I'll stick with a straight six or v8 for the most part.
@@similaritiesendhere yeah but the sn95/new edge v6s are certifiably trash until you throw around 8k in parts into them. At that rate you could get a cobra and a kenne belle kit with a little extra left for the downpayment on a new CTS-v (assuming you did the work yourself)
@@Prestiged_peck You can buy a V-6 Mustang for 2-3K. You can upgrade it with junkyard GT or Cobra parts (brakes, suspension). You can also buy a spare engine really cheap and build it up outside of the car. You can take your time because you still have a running car. and it's not as expensive because the engine is outside car.
A segment on maintenance would be appreciated. Cost of the car is one thing, but keeping it on the road is another. MagnaRide shock replacement on my ZL1, a cool $800 a piece. Not to many aftermarket replacements.
My v6 is my daily and is honestly awesome, it handles great, sounds good (got pipes on it) and has plenty of power. Only thing I do not like is they put they governor at 118 mph 😐
I actually just sold my 2010 2LT RS Camaro with a manual gear box. It had just under 72k miles with zero mods and I deeply regret selling it for $10,000. It was such a fun car to drive
My opinion on 6th gen Camaros from a guy who daily drives one for the past 2 years So I got my 2018 Camaro 2SS two years ago and I love it till this day! I don’t regret it, also the “visibility issues” isn’t too bad for me since I’m 5’4 anyways lol (yes I’m a 5’4 dude in my 20s) but anyways yea I love it, I don’t regret getting my Camaro, and it’s been fun modding it and making good memories with it, if anyone looking for a Camaro gots any other questions let me know, I daily drive it and it’s modded to about 530 crank hp, N/A, no boost, no cam just some bolt ons and a tune)
Honestly, wish I could afford one! One of My dream cars just so happens to be a 5th gen 6 speed manual camaro. Problem is people still want 10k for a v8 camaro with well over 100k miles on them and don’t even get me started on trying to find one that’s a manual. There just super hard to find.
Kinda pissed with GM when it comes to like buying another key fob (first one from the dealership was $55. Now they all want OVER $130 and then send you to the service department to program it for $175.) And I have needed to change my rear speakers for years. You have to dismantle so much to do so.

All in all, you want something fun that you can feel really cool in that is also surprisingly well mannered and quiet when your getting home late at night and don't want to wake the neighbors and that isn't going to break the bank, you can find one of these used pretty easily for around $25K.
I see Camaro - I hear Camaro. I hit the like button. Keep it up boys!
Interesting... youd expect to have timing issues with a belt not a chain but hope the camaro is running well
is it still running
This channel deserves so much, they put so much personality into their videos
Love my 6th gen. The visibility you get used to it once you drive it regularly. I take it out on road trips and daily it and have a blast doing so.
No dislikes! That’s what’s up!
Do Dodge Challenger!
They are super easy and reliable to mod to upwards of 800RWHP and handle really really well
Try arrrounndd 600 lol
@@03wavvy30 ya with a bad tuner and zero fuel mods
I already own a 2013 ss but I wanted to hear what you had to say. Personally, it was my dream car as a kid. My car is amazing. Never given me any type of problems. Gas mileage isn’t terrible. It’s a decent daily honestly. The only thing you really struggle with is having to carry more than two people
I'm currently thinking about getting a zl1 (preferably 2013-2014) as my first car, but as expected most of the reviews are about the visibility issues and costly insurance and how it's a terrible first care, however, It's my dream car and since I'm able to afford one, I'm thinking about getting it!
@Sergei Ounanian holy shit. Bro you gonna crash if that's your first car😶
I've got 30k to spend, should I get a 2023 gr86 or an older used Camaro?
@M depends on what you value in a car. I love my Camaro, but the new 86 is, evidently, great. From what I've read, the 86 fixed a lot of the issues the older one had. The Camaro handles great, as does the 86, the Camaro just has so much power if you go SS. Plus side is power and noise. Downside is that 2nd gear does over 70, so rowing through the gears, legally, is not possible. Personally, I don't think you can go wrong with either, I am just a V8 person, I love the sound and power.
Bought my 15 2ss manual April of last year love it currently the car is full bolt on. except cam which is coming next with some boost 🟥⬜️🟦🔥
Omar Linares jr that’s sick
🟥⬜️🟦 had no idea about this, but it’s cool
Omar Linares jr did it come with v4 mode?
Alex 2v nope the automatics did which is technically not an ls3 in the automatic it’s an l99 same 6.2 just cam and lifters and other bs is different from the manual ls3 6.2
I had a 2018 SS. Sweet ride. Looks great, handles like a dream, and gets moving real fucking fast. Lots of low end torque, so it’s fun even when zipping around at lower speeds. Only downsides are the fuel economy, which is expected, and the outward visibility, which is solved by getting blind spot assist with the 2SS. Never loved a car like I loved that thing.
Been in love with this car since the first time I saw transformers
I'm on my 3rd 6th gen, Camaro SS 6 speed. It's an absolutely great car and I drive it 60 miles round trip every day. I average 22-23mpg. The A8 I had got even better mpg. And as long as the TSB for the trans fluid flush has been done on the A8, nothing to worry about.
This might be the most entertaining while being 100% informative channel on all of UA-cam.
Finally someone who treats these machines with respect! 💪
And if I'm comparing driving characteristics the Camaro just feels more well put together the handling alone is so good they really set the bar for what a pony car can be
@Samuel Romero true true
Then you are no Mustang guy. Period!
Nah. Those interiors are trash as hell. Great looking on the outside tho.
had a 2015 camaro rs, upgraded to my current 2018 ss pretty much impossible not to floor it all the time! one day i’ll add a zl1 to the garage

Recommend it for anyone who has less to spend at the start and will be able to spend more over time
Test drove a 2017 a few years back. LOVED it. I was able to see out of everything really well.
Good video! I’ve had my 2012 SS/RS almost 8 years and have not had a single issue with my LS3 equipped 6 spd car. Bought new in 2012 for $31k and it’s been worth every penny, it’s a keeper :)
I have a 17 Camaro, and it is great! I go on a cross-country road trip every year and it is a real joy to ride in
“It was offered with a 2.0L Turbo inline 4, that hurt Dakotas feelings” me: *stares at my 2017 2.0L RS Camaro in my garage* “good”
Zelda Menefee same 😂😂😂 honestly who cares, half the people hating on the I4 are the ones who say if you have a camaro it’s SS or Bust, yet they drive a 95 Civic hatchback 😂😂
Kevin Quintanar right??? I mean the 2.0L isnt a monster, they are very very quick, ive gapped Charger and Challenger R/T’s and S197 GT’s in my car, dont underestimate the 4 bangers, they make good power especially when tuned
Zelda Menefee absolutely, it obviously isn’t an SS but people sleep on them lol. That 2.0 will gap plenty of cars lol
Ey
Whoever edited this, thanks for putting in RuneScape sound effects here and there. :)
I'm actually tryna buy a 17/18 ZL1 rn. And today's my birthday. This is one hell of a gift.
The 5gen ZL1 is so underrated!
Facts
Word that engine spits fire
Grab an ss throw 7k at it for supercharger with tune and its in the 550 hp range if you want a cheaper zl1 😂
I daily drove my 2016 SS with some Eibach pro kit springs, Rotofab Cold air intake, chevys NPP exhaust and let me tell you, I loved every damn second in that thing... ♥️
try adding butter to the noodles, I know that will mean that intake manifold upgrade will have to wait, but its worth it
I bought my 2011 Camaro SS this time last year and it's the best worst financial mistake I've ever made.
Atleast you made sure to include that these cars have less visibility than a tank.
??? The visibility is literally not bad since 60% of the side of the car is the door so... unless you drive one I doubt you can say visibility is trash.
U’ll get used to it
I got used to it after like 20 minutes. But man what a bitchmade 20 minutes that was lol
I got used to it pretty quickly. However I notice when I'm driving my other cars how much more visibility I have. The only gripe I have about the Camaro in terms of visibility is when I'm switching lanes.
Haha...if you can't drive, don't blame the car. I see fine outta mine. I am a great driver though.
Perfect timing, I just picked up a 2011 2SS last Saturday, really excited to get down into it
My dream car😍😍
Just bought my first Camaro at age 67 and love it. 2021 2SS model. After being in the shop 4 times for the SD drive memory chip repair, what ever the hell that is the car runs great. As for gas mileage I am not going to complain, my trip to Havasu and back 300 miles each way 28.2 mpg. It avg 16 mpg around town. Yes it’s hard to see out the windows, just get use to your mirror sensors.
1:12 The hyped up intros are amazing in this series, the music, the cinematography. keep it up FI !!
I have a 2010 2SS and I love it everyday 😎 Had it for 2 years and only thing I needed to fix was a taillight bulb. Definitely worth the buy people!
How many miles?

Transformers. Introduced me to Meghan Fox and the Gen 5 camaro.. I was done. I LOVE my 2015 SS 1LE. It just has a gutteral appeal that simply never gets old. I love all the American Muscle cars, and performance cars in general, but I have a soft spot for the Gen 5 camaro. My wife won't let me have Meghan Fox. But she loves the Camaro.
I love my 2012 Camaro SS, Headers, Exhaust. Sounds and looks amazing.
12:17 "you're buying them because they're reliable..."
Never thought I'd see the day.
I knew a kid who brought in his v8 camero once into the shop because his motor failed on him and the other shop wanted to charge him a crazy amount for labor and parts
Small block cars have a hella stout drivetrain.
@Samuel Romero But 6.0 and 6.2 are ls's...
@Samuel Romero I see, but at the same time they are all basically the same family. But like you said, you will pay that LS tax for those others.
I was conceived in the back of a 79. My dad still has that same car it’s my favourite car of all time.
Got my 2010 SS with only 21k miles! Honestly it’s a very good car no issues and is a blast to drive! Gotta upgrade to a 6th 1le soon tho 👀
Best special edition, the green flash edition. That paint color was beautiful
I went with imperial blue even though that green was amazing, thinking too many LEO's be seeing that green coming from a mile away.

I really want a 2010-2013 Camaro. Those tail lights 😍 but my 4th gen will do for now until I can afford one
I miss my 4th gen
I own a 6th gen and I've never had issues, but I hear the A8 can have shudder problems that requires a fluid flush to fix. That being said, outside of you feeling like you're in a rolling tomb, the car is an absolute dream to drive. The 6th gens handle amazingly, have a ton of power, and the I4 and V6 are fantastic entry level sports cars that won't break the bank. Almost got my SS out of the red though, so I'm gonna be trading up to a 2018 ZL1 here soon
I loved my 5th gen SS and I really love my 5th gen ZL1 both amazing cars!
The Tail lights on the 19 and 20’s look so much better imo. The one thing I didn’t like about the gen6 finally got upgraded
Side note... 700+ whp is *perfection* and yes you can daily it to work and then give a hellcat or 6.3L AMG da business before going home.
I just found a 2011 Camaro SS RS with only 36K miles on it. Grabbed it. Had it for a week. It's AWESOME.
The best car I've had is a 2010 2ss/rs. Fun as hell
The 2014 facelift was the best looking one
That's the one I have. 2014 definitely the best year Camaro.
The visibility is the only thing that's held me back from getting one. But man do I want a modern ls motor, so easy to make insane hp and TOURQUE!
700+ whp... easy, fun, free!!! Don't let your dreams be dreams.
"Turbocharged 4 cylinders? What the hell can those do?", said no real car guy since the 80's.
Meh, nothing quite like a nice straight six or V8. If I have to option to avoid a 4 banger I will most of the time. FWD... don't even talk to me.
I've had a 6th gen for a few months now and I love the damn thing!
My v6 is my daily and is honestly awesome, it handles great, sounds good (got pipes on it) and has plenty of power. Only thing I do not like is they put they governor at 118 mph 😐

I own a 2018 SS (6th gen). Lots of drag racing and autocross from day 1, not a single problem.
The engine on them never dies
❤😂I had so much fun with this! I’ve had a 79 eight cylinder, 84 Z28, 94 Z28 and 2010 SS. I simply love Camaro but don’t know if I need a six gen yet.
Kinda pissed with GM when it comes to like buying another key fob (first one from the dealership was $55. Now they all want OVER $130 and then send you to the service department to program it for $175.) And I have needed to change my rear speakers for years. You have to dismantle so much to do so.
