  • Progressive relaxation is a great way to relax your muscles! This 10-minute pelvic floor relaxation routine uses a contract-relax technique to help release stress and tension. First, you'll relax muscle groups that are often associated with pelvic tension (the jaw, shoulders, feet, and buttocks). Then, you'll relax the pelvic floor itself.

Is this recommended for hypertonic pelvic floor? I’m trying to not to clench so much right now. So not sure if I want to contract because I’m trying to undo contracting and constant clenching. 🫤🤔
