Hearing about her relationship with her mother makes me appreciate my mom so much more. It has to be incredibly tough when the one person your supposed to be able to rely on, your mom, doesn’t show you she loves you.

yeah, but her mom also forced her into acting in the first place, so ironically if it weren't for her mom, we wouldn't even be in a scenario where we can ponder that because it would be someone else playing the role of Sam instead. although, Dan Schneider would have still been an issue, so maybe the Dan part would still hold
yeah if you read her book she describes a very strong relationship they had & will always have
I loved these 2 growing up, and in my opinion their characters in iCarly related to who they are in real life. Two really cool females with good heads on their shoulders, will always be part of all of our childhood. Really heart warming seeing and hearing this, truly beautiful souls.

aw 🥹 knowing only a chunk of what jeanette has gone through (a.k.a. what shes CHOSE to share and expose of the BTS of our favorite nickelodeon childhood shows), and to hear about how her co-star on the show she got abused on has “a special place” in her heart and that they have an amazing relationship to this day is so so sweet. my heart goes out to jeanette, amanda, drake, and everyone else involved.

I remember growing up watching All That, The Amanda Show, Drake and Josh, and iCarly. I always had a thing for Jennette, and apparently still do. She grew up to be a strong, beautiful woman. I'm happy for her and wherever her path takes her.

A true friend only comes once in a lifetime. I've known my best friend since 3rd grade. He lives in Arizona, me in California. Barely talk to the guy, every time we do talk however. It's like not a minute has passed since we last spoke. Keep those kinds of friends close, you'll never truly be alone

Seems that has happened to most people through life. We used to be so close at work or school and eventually we have other things to focus on and can’t spend as much time with our closest friends as we’d like. I’m just glad they love each other!!!
