Kids today probably don't even know what Nickelodeon is. Nick and Disney being pretty much the only entertainment option kids had back then is a big part of why it's so nostalgic - what's really interesting is even being nostalgic for shows you never watched or hated because the monoculture was that pervasive.

I started tearing up when everyone was singing all together, Including Beck which never sings at all. It made me think about all the memories, All the bloopers, Forget all the drama, Forget all the toxic fans, And when I saw Tori jump on Jade's back it made me think it was more the cast singing then the actual characters. I know they are acting, But it just reminds me of a happier time.

Honestly I'm surprised Big Time Rush and Victorious never got a cross-over considering they were both co-produced by Sony Records and were both music-based.
Only Dan Schneider directed shows will have cross overs like that. ICarly, Victorious, Sam and Cat, Drake and Josh, All That, etc. that’s why Kenan Thompson guest stars in this special and the characters remember him from “all that”. That’s also why we get a brief cameo of Drake Bell in the April fools episodes of ICarly and Victorious AND why Tori crossed paths with Spencer in the April fools episode. They all exist in the same “universe”… even though it doesn’t make sense sometimes lmao

Tbch in my opinion Liz Gilles had the best voice in Victorious of the female characters(Jade was also my fav character, I resonated the most with her, always did)! Like I said tho in my opinion she has one of the more powerful voices of the cast and they completely underutilized her voice and character so much in should be criminal! IMO

I was born in 96 and this was one of my childhood shows, along with Drake and Josh, Saved By The Bell, Declassified School Survival Guild, That's So Raven, Hannah Montana, Suite Life Of Zac and Cody, Wizards of Waverly Place and many more. If only I could go back and relive all the fun times i had watching all theses kids shows
I saw them when I was 11 years old, now I'm 23 years old, incredible how time flies, without a doubt the best series for me, they marked my childhood and adolescence.
Unfortunately that will never happen probably. Alot of the original cast has pretty much pushed the part of their career behind them because of the drama with Dan Schinder. It would be amazing though

I know it’s not that deep but the lyrics of their songs really showed their dreams. “When I make it shine!” Tori wants to achieve great things in life. “Just Leave It All To Me” Carly loves helping those around her especially when Sam and Freddy started dating she helped them through their relationship issues. It also breaks my heart that we’ll never get something with these shows again. Mainly because of Dan and his AWFUL doings. And all the actors have new jobs and they’re grown adults. This also can’t happen again because Jennet has left all acting behind and has become a writer.
It's been 7 years since we got Victorious x ICarly from Nickelodeon, but the most beautiful thing about this series was listening to this song now in 2022, I'll get it against the tear 😭🥹❤️❤️

What makes this vid so great is everyone are on the same side. I re-watched both shows a few months ago (along with Sam & Cat for the first time) and, while this isn't a favourite episode for me, this moment just made me weirdly emotional - There's a sense of achievement in this sequence, satisfaction hearing these two themes merge (and, by nature, the characters coming together), and it just made me smile ear-to-ear.

I was born in 96 and this was one of my childhood shows, along with Drake and Josh, Saved By The Bell, Declassified School Survival Guild, That's So Raven, Hannah Montana, Suite Life Of Zac and Cody, Wizards of Waverly Place and many more. If only I could go back and relive all the fun times i had watching all theses kids shows

I know it’s not that deep but the lyrics of their songs really showed their dreams. “When I make it shine!” Tori wants to achieve great things in life. “Just Leave It All To Me” Carly loves helping those around her especially when Sam and Freddy started dating she helped them through their relationship issues.
It also breaks my heart that we’ll never get something with these shows again. Mainly because of Dan and his AWFUL doings. And all the actors have new jobs and they’re grown adults. This also can’t happen again because Jennet has left all acting behind and has become a writer.
It's been 7 years since we got Victorious x ICarly from Nickelodeon, but the most beautiful thing about this series was listening to this song now in 2022, I'll get it against the tear 😭🥹❤️❤️

I re-watched both shows a few months ago (along with Sam & Cat for the first time) and, while this isn't a favourite episode for me, this moment just made me weirdly emotional - There's a sense of achievement in this sequence, satisfaction hearing these two themes merge (and, by nature, the characters coming together), and it just made me smile ear-to-ear.
