i fucking love you guys
Tons of demand in NW Florida there are opportunity zones all around here. Please bring a factory here! 🙏
@@talldudeinasuit they can ship houses
@@JackOLanternBob obviously.. just better for us to have a factory in the same area
How much?
Maui fire victims would be able to look forward to a boxable home to live in while rebuilding happens but the government won't respond to the boxable corporations request to ship 200 homes to Maui immediately. Everybody should go call the Government of Hawaii or blast their social media accounts!!!! Please share this information with everyone you know. What happened in Maui is a crime!
Boxable should start fulfilling their orders like Tesla did, or else people will lost interest in them. Just saying, as i can see , Boxable is only fulfilling the orders of big people not the common people who really needed them. If I were Boxable I will always start fulfilling the orders of the common people first before the big people.
Boxabl started R&D, low-level production in Q4 2021 (16 months ago)... 2021 produced 33 units... 2022 produced ~270 units... 2023 is looking to 15x-20x 2022 production with new facility (Factory 2), reorg of Factory 1 production line with $15m new automation equipment (compared to $6m of current equipment), and introduce "Generation 2" Casita units that will be ready for general customers... Big 2 bulk contracts in 2021/2022 of ~330 units for DOD and Arizona Mine were used as guinea pigs to test everything out... Individual customers get "Gen 2" units based off of building/testing out in the field from those 2 original customers...
They’re still perfecting and designing them dude
They are still VERY new. Try touring their factory. They need a bit more time. They’ll get there.
Exactly.
It’s a scam, ua-cam.com/video/hocU7uRzMOc/v-deo.html
He didn’t even answer her question about when they will be available!! He straight up ignored it and went on about “We are focusing on blah blah blah”…. I will be pulling out. You lost another customer
Clear the backlog and we can talk about the rest
I’m certainly interested most in this model. I think if there’s a Boxabl product that can push 1,500 sq ft for $200,000 or less I’m going all in. The reason being is if you assume 2-3 people living in it, it’s nice to have some space to spread out. I LOVE the deck on top - huge props and feel that’s a unique addition that is often not a part of many home designs and I personally enjoy the elevated deck/patio idea. Boxabl is a thing to keep my eye on and hopefully in 2-3 years I can buy a slab of property and drop something like this on it.
I’m new to small homes like this. How does it work? You have to buy land and then just have this house shipped there? Wondering how much all that would be. Is it actually cheaper that the regular houses, townhomes?
@@Casper847 there other fees as well, such as utility hook up for example, and in the area i live 1sq foot goes for about 100$, so unless they can get prices lower then that, with all the other fees, plus the cost of land, i dont see the point
@@rustyshakelford7057 First - they have 70,000 back orders for the singles. There's the point immediately. 2nd I think you'll find average costs for a house now is $150-$200/sq foot... and you are talking bare minimum, no services supplied - so add another $50/ft2... at (1,500ft2) x $250/ft2 = $375,000....is that what those houses you mention are going for? And don't forget that boxabl also comes with appliances (and furniture if you want for extra $$). So anything under $200,000 - $225,000 will be great...
I bought a 2000 sq ft house with an inground pool with waterfalls for 150k. these homes need to be 50k unless they only plan to sell them in Cali.
@@DerpMcDerp101 Where?
I wonder if they will have Boxabl communities. Where you can just pick a plot of land and have them deliver the Boxabl to a place where other owners of Boxabl's are dwelling. It would cut the time for search for land to put it on.
This is truly the future! Living big or living smart. Practical
The 3rd house she toured...the washing machine in the main bedroom is unfortunate. It's small enough...maybe it can go under the bathroom vanity or something. No one wants a washing machine in their bedroom.
3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom, ~1,100 sqft Interior, 400 sqft 2nd floor patio... Wow
Wow indeed! 😊
What is the price??
It’s not a wow until they prove it’s cost effective for an average home buyer.
This is a game changer. Only real challenge will be finding, purchasing and prepping the land(clearing trees, setting up utilities, etc). I'm 10min from their factory and on the list to invest. I really think this is going to help those who have been stuck renting in an difficult market full of overpriced homes and crazy high interest rates.
I can’t wait for the stock to reach $400 a share. $1,000,000.00 here I come! 😂😂😂😂🤣
Tack on $125,000 for utilities
A game changer 😂😂😂😂😂
When will this be public traded I would buy a lot of shares lol
You did an excellent job with this interview, I was quite impressed with your interview skills, you covered not only your own enquiries, but also for the investors such as yourself. Hope to see you again with future boxabl endeavors.
Thank you very much Ingrid! I definitely had some major jitters, but Paolo was so down-to-earth and easy to talk to!
I want one. 3 bedrooms 2.5 bath with the outside deck. Yes, yes, yes!!!
......no you don't
what do you mean? Why wouldn't someone want one?@@TheBierman19
This is definitely the future especially with our need for affordable, quality, durable housing. The biggest hurdle beyond the structure. Is our archaic local building code process and requirements. A friend had a 200sqft
ADU semi pre built put in. The county permitting alone cost well over $50,000 and delayed the finishing of the project by 3months due to light fixture restrictions. That is something we need to fix. Absolutely no excuse for fees like that on a super basic structure built to a standard far far superior to what the 1968 primary structure was built to for less $ than the permits required for the 200sqft adu🤦♂️
yep, owning a factory made house (mass produced so prices lower) rather than paying $2k monthly nowadays for rent seems like the move. Although i wonder how these houses would hold their value after a decade or so
With you 💯‼@gmanvaca8269. I feel current zoning & permitting issues have potential to really squash this innovative movement, if changes aren’t made in the very near future…
It’s pretty obvious they bought you out
Love how they utilize all the space in this small home and make it seem so much larger and roomy
IBS is such an unfortunate choice. “Where are you going?” “I am off to attend the IBS convention.” Never enough bathrooms at those events.
LOL
the two story with the large bedroom and balcony sold me i am so interested in getting one of these in the near future
It’s definitely a cool home! It will be interesting to see all the different housing configurations Boxabl puts together in the future!
@@irinadeee absolutely! It’s gonna be a little while i’d say in the next 5 years they are gonna be pretty dang successful at mass producing their product. so cool you replied! i’ve watched your boxabl videos since you started making them :) you’re super cool
@@jaydentrammell1148 He`s the man.🤗💪👍❤
After watching several of these videos I really think these things are a scam. After years of advertising and promises there does not seem to be anyone who actually lives in one.
I love this and am headed in this direction when I downsize. I would love to see a video with current owners where they talk about heating, cooling, water and electric or solar. In some parts of the country a foundation would also be needed. An actual build, start to finish with all the above would be fantastic.
I don't think there are any current owners. They are just looking for investors.
Whoa now. In Louisiana,$150k would get you land, and a 3 bedroom brick home. Not being rude J's
I’m in New York State. My home is 2750 sq ft on two acres with a pond. I think this entire thing won’t pass
How do the pipes and power lines work in these kinds of buildings?
I have the same question
Cool house. Definitely better than the previous smaller version. I don't like the cramped design of some rooms but overall it's 100 times better. I prefer living in a real house tho
Moneybags Musk has been living in one for a few years now. It might be interesting to see how he lives in 375 sq. feet of living space.
I remain skeptical. Is there anybody out there who actually bought one, put it on a lot and lives in it? Paolo is charming, engaging but his answers to questions are vague. He talks about what their plans are going forward, but not specifics. His comment "don't hold me to it" is worrisome.
I would buy one however with the track record you will never get it
Really splendid video and interview, Irina. Yes, I'd like to see the full 25 minute version.
Thank you so much! I will definitely be uploading it very soon!
Why is the bathroom so huge and there isn’t a separate washer dryer instead of a tiny combo? This company is a scam. Good lord.
It’s an a super cheap house. They are all about maximizing space. Why not have a combo? It makes more sense.
I don't think most people can wrap their minds around 170,000 back orders. Even if they could produce 1 per hour working 24 hours a day. That would be and amazing accomplishment by itself but let's say they can reach that level. It will take over 19 years just to fill the backorder and this does not count new orders. If I were an odds maker in Vegas, I would have to bet against them.
Hope you didn't invest too much
The company is circling the drain.
Now that is what I am talking about, well done Irina Dee, that custom tour & interview was great as well; thank you for uploading this, and keep up the good work.
Thank you very much John, I appreciate it!
@@irinadeee You are welcome, at this rate you will likely break your number of uploads per year record.👏
Influencers get PAID to push this scam company. Boxabl has been promising houses to tens of thousands of people, for years. Just try to find one person who actually lives in one.
Just wonder if this house will stand harsh weather. Like typhon or snowstorm. Did they test the product for any weather condition.
We should have an open source version of this. I volunteer to make 3D printed parts that can be bolted together for that project at break even until y'all reach mass production/distribution.
Why not just get an RV like the Heartland Cyclone 4006 (which sleeps as much as 9 people with two bathrooms) with how much this will cost?
1 year later, still haven't seen one approved for residential zoning. You promoted a scam. You should feel obligated to do a followup video.
It was difficult to really see this model because there was too much camera work focused on the people than the actual home, I felt frustrated because I couldn’t see any details. Maybe next time…
id wait to see if people get them before putting a down payment they dont even know the price of them yet that home can be 300 grand or more and you just have the house just be careful
All of this is useless without being able to get them out to your customers. Tiny affordable homes made you famous. Don't piss off that community.
Can’t wait for them to start rolling out.
What type of basement, 4-foot footings, what type of subfloor structure do you need to place this home on?
check back in a few years and see what the people who sent them 50k already have to say about their purchase.
Goodness me I'm in love with Boxabl's Casita 2.0 and more ❤
All talk if 3yrs later we can't them immediately. Starts to feel like a scam.
Those stairs are not functional if you are trying to get real furniture up. In feng shui also a no no.
170,000 orders? That’s a lot of units. I wonder how many have been produced to date?
Probably zero
i better wait until IPO for me to invest on this one , That way i dont lose my money on emotions
Curious, with such a back log of orders, how long would it take to get a Casita if I placed an order today?
There are tons of similar products already valuable for purchase. Boxabl has no output in terms of actual products, only promo videos and online hustlers working for them. It's a scam.
Can you share other reputable companies that would be great to check out instead of this scam?
I hate what housing has become in the US.
Thanks for the video, flaws are quite evident throughout these houses that should be built better, not trendy... but I can clearly see impractical design, unsafe design, not handicap friendly design & not environmentally friendly design, things that can be improved especially for children or older people or all ages, this is not a play doll house, it is to made for real people with safety & environment in mind because it is a new design & should be better than previous or other built houses, he's not a genius... you need to learn good home design techniques that are viable, practical & safe & so does he!
I believe they should get a waiver for most of those things as housing is the #1 problem in America right now if not close to it.
The full 25min interview video would be nice to see!
I need to find out more about financing options
I'm waiting for more information about that too! If I hear any updates on how financing will work, I'll definitely share!
Financing is one reason Boxabl wants to be state approved for "modular", not "manufactured", because that opens up financing to all traditional lenders... If they need to go "manufactured" route for reguations, there are alterative lenders that publicly expressed interest in filling this gap, since Boxabl wall panels are structurally way stronger than traditionally, onsite home builds...
50k for a studio n still have to be on a wait list for a year or two tf.
Never saw a video of anyone actually owning one or living in one.
$150k that’s not bad!!!!!!
Sign me up too.
This is exactly what I DREAMED, comfortable bedroom, upper deck, WOW. It is possible to have a full tub? and the upper deck to have a top covering? - I loooove it. When can I get one? - 😀
I'm looking into towing a BOXABL home from Vegas to Seattle with a Tesla vehicle...
Is Boxabl keeping their promises? Are they growing/scaling up like they planned? Or have they only made/sold 400 homes and have people waiting years for their product that customers put down deposits on? 150,000 plus waiting list is impressive and I think the business model is great but not if they can't deliver.
So exciting and happy for you that you had this opportunity!! I love the new layout of the Boxabl!!
Thank you very much! 😊
Well, I’ll believe it when I start seeing people living in them. I’ve seen a lot of companies like these come and go
Like which companies, give me a list.
Will be nice for Maui and Teahupoo Tahiti
Thank you for your VDO, I am always enjoy yours :)
I’m so happy to hear that, thank you for your support! 😊
Awesome! Great interview and coverage!👏👏👏 Interested In purchasing. Love everything about the Casita and Boxable 2.0. Beautiful layout and interior design.💕
Excellent!!!!! I loved the video and possibility of helping those in need with affordable hosing. If these homes production really gets to grow exponentially, real state market might drop to realistic prices. Thanks for sharing. I really enjoyed watching this
Thanks for sharing your first hand experience! Great interview skills btw!
Thank you so much, I appreciate it!
The extra bathroom is pointless, should have made that space for the washer and dryer
Exactly!!

Great video Irina ! Wondering how this would hold up if a tornado hit ? Investing sounds like a good idea though ! Love the 2 story so adorable! ❤️
How do you get on a waiting list ? Thankyou!
Fold the house if tornado hits! 😂
Now the two-story units look good because they're not cramped.
@@__WJK__ DID I say it was bad?
Thank you, Irina and Antoine! :-j
🙌😊
We need 61 houses here in Tahiti Teahupoo
As a fellow investor I thank you for doing this video, can’t wait to make a few purchases in the near future! I’m glad their prioritizing backlog first and not sacrificing quality. I would enjoy seeing a video of someone who is currently living in one.
Wow, amazing. This type of housing will change the housing market. With more and more families that can't afford super expensive homes, this is a game changer. I'm so glad I came across your channel. You have a new subscriber 👽🖖✌️
THIS IS SO GREAT! OMG
I believe this is a major player in the future (now present) housing industry. Do you know if there will be any factories in the eastern US?
Who is usually taking care of the utility hookups, and is this project deployed, that is there any neighborhood built with Casitas we could see on youtube, thank you.
Do they talk about the mechanic of the house?
Such as how the product plugs into the electrical grid and/or being complete off the grid and an average wattage power need to sustain each size home.
Also the water input ... any info on how that is formatted within the home to plug into the water line and sewage.
That’s what I’m wondering
Is Boxabl considered the best bang for your buck in the world of small homes? I seriously think I’m going to purchase if so. Would greatly appreciate a response from anyone in the know!
Very cool concept. The bedrooms are way too small for my taste though. Hopefully in the future they design a Boxabl with a bedroom large enough to fit a full bedroom set with a queen size bed and maybe a pc desk. That will probably be Boxabl 6.0 though lol
Nice video. There was an interesting slip up there at the end when Paolo says "customers are numero uno and investors are numero uno". What is to be thought of that? Are both equally important? Are sales and profit more important than customer satisfaction? Did he say his true feelings only to be reminded by himself as to who really runs the show? Am I reading too much into this? I love this product and I am going to put my name on the list of buyers. Looking forward to living in this space. Cheers.
What a great opportunity this was, for you to be able to see both of the models and get an insite into the future of the BAXABL company!
It really was a phenomenal opportunity! Thank you for being the best camera man and making this video possible ☺️
You can literally buy a nice house for less than it costs for one of these.
Depends where you live :)
@Irina Dee If you cant afford a house where you are, you can't afford a boxable.... its that simple. They pretend like the construction triangle of quality doesn't exist. Good, cheap, fast, pick one because you can't have all 3.
Facts! I have a 2850 sq ft home on two acres in New York State. Cost $130. With all said and done with this box home it will cost over $150 or more. Buying land, putting in sewage, foundation etc. then add ons etc. trying to get a permit for these as a home isn’t. Working, neither a RV. They can’t get approved for them
Caveat emptor! (Buyer beware!) There are many videos out there detailing the problems of Boxabl in finances, accounting, production quality, and certification, to say nothing of the ridiculous backlog of homes they will likely never be able to produce. Before you plop down money on these folks, do your background research!
Thanks for making this. Very interesting.
160,000 preorders and only 400 made in a year. That'll be 400 years to fulfill all those preorders. This company is going to be crushed under its own highly successful marketing. Not saying the product isn't any good; in fact, it looks awesome, but it might be tough to recover from such an underwhelming launch of product.
Great idea, neat product, unbelievably fantastic marketing and poor execution. That's a troublesome combination.
I wanna see your entire video and any and all content related to boxable because I'm extremely interested!
Something doesn’t add up about this. They’re selling pre-IPO stock at a trillion dollar valuation with $200 reservation fees and they’re making an IPO before even fulfilling their initial order backlog. When they had $8.5B worth of preorders they were valued only at $3B. There’s a hidden cost somewhere and they’re very eager to get more investors despite the fact that they’re about to IPO. I foresee investors holding the bag on this.
Instead of making buyers wade through the hidden costs and figuring out where and how much it will actually cost to establish a Boxable home on a piece of land, The Boxable company should build communities of the Boxable, hook up all utilities and sell the completed properties to home buyers.
170,000 order backlog on the Casitas. That could take 5 years to fulfill. I love it, but it’s not in my future sadly.
Living in Florida, there is always the threat of Hurricanes.....and prefabricated houses with many right angles , flat roofs and lots of windows creates problems in heavy winds.....and rain...anyone know how these homes are anchored to the ground ? And what is the wind capacity....would be interesting to know.
These scammers are collecting millions of dollars and not delivering anything... these frauds should be locked up 👎
If it’s 150k and then you have to pay for the connections of the utilities we are looking at a 180k - 200k home. Which means just buy a home that’s already built. What’s the point of buying the 3bedroom home. I’m just saying. At least the connection are there and you can simple just start living in it once the paperwork is done. Here you can’t live in it until the paperwork is done, until they place it, then you have to wait weeks for the plumbing connections to happen. Idk. This seems more like a headache then anything else. I will buy the casita because it’s a value of $50k but the other home hell no. Waste of time and energy.
Haha, they pump out 2 Boxabls a day and they want to get down to 20 minutes then 5 and finally 1 Boxabl a minute? Concentrate on Modular Approval at the state and local levels. That's why they have Boxabls stacking up in the ally.
It’s too bad boxable is focusing on the “investment” opportunities skewed toward the builders/investors rather than working hard getting these units to the people that need them - middle income earners that could have a place to call home. It’s all about the love of money and greed. And with 160k on the waiting list - for builders/investors - Joe Schmo is never going to see an opportunity to buy something like this. Again, the rich get richer. The poor and middle class have no choice but to rent from the rich for overinflated prices … and the US sinks further into perfecting a capitalist nation and slave wages.
A 160,000 people on back order! So basically it's impossible to buy one now or anytime in the next 20 years sounds good
I love these models but...I put down deposits for two casitas in the spring of 2021. Still no casitas, and I've asked for updates several times over the past two years. As of last week, they still can't tell me when I might get one or even where I am in line.
problem is at least where I live, city codes won't let you put something this small on land, and most subdivisions have SQ requirements. and to be honest under400sq that is not enough for a small family, for an individual yes, but not small families which is a huge portion of the buyers out there.
Please get rid of your damnable thumping noisy "music" in the background. It ruins the video. I got two minutes in and I had a headache from the pounding and had to quit. 99% of creators stopped using background music noise years ago.
Love this video and yes let’s see the interview with Paulo! 🎉
interested in the 2x model 2 boxables 1 story with 2 bedrooms & the 1 den/kitchen concept please thanks...Monica in Dallas xxooxoxo :)
