How do UTILITIES hook up to a BOXABL CASITA?

- One of the most asked questions on my Boxabl videos is about utilities and utility hook-ups on a Casita! During my time at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas, I looked at the utility hook-ups on both the 375 square foot Casita model, and the 1,100 square foot 2-story Boxabl model home. Though I am certainly not an expert in utility hook-ups, I hope this information helps clarify what a Boxabl home is equipped with and where the utility hook-ups are located on the home!

So, the water tank heater would go outside? What about heating the home in the winter? Maybe as an investor you can film an actual build from start to finish.

Have you look into getting the Permit? My understand that's a major issue and obstacle getting Boxabl delivered to wait-listed customers.
can it withstand harsh winters?
What if you live in a frost zone?? Do they insulate the pipe? Or do they not install in the north
Any idea against possible vandalism on the outside electrical and pipings, etc?
my city wont allow modulars. but, if they exceed building codes (and can prove it) i might be able to install one of these.
I’d be interested in knowing how you’ll be preparing for your plumbing and sewer hookup before the boxabl arrives.

I want 3 castitas 1 Casita for the kitchen and Bathroom, Living Room. 2nd one for my 2 car garage. 3rd room for my bedroom and my office.
The water heater would be outside? Hmmm, dont think that work in a cold weather climate.....
According to a Boxabl Facebook post, the tankless water heater will be under the sink in the kitchen. What you’re seeing in the video is where the cold water goes into the water heater and the bottom part which is the drain. Hope that helps clarify :)

As far as I know, Boxabl is not currently listed on the stock exchange. There was a crowdfund investment offer available to the public for the first time last April. I would visit their website or contact them directly for more detailed information regarding investing.

DON'T put your money with this company. Wait until they work out a permit to live in it and actually deliver to customer. Not a single one got delivered yet.
It’s just wild that you haven’t received yours yet. I feel like it’s been ages.
I definitely feel that way too! I knew it would be a long wait time when we placed our deposit to get on the waitlist, but I am hoping that Boxabl is able to scale as quickly as possible so they can meet demand soon. Right now, it looks like they're mainly working on getting larger orders out (such as their first order that went to the United States military). Before I can anticipate any next steps for our Casita order, they will need to get more factories up and running, as well as partner with states and counties to ensure that the homes meet building codes and standards in every location that a prospective customer is in. My husband and I will also need to ensure that we can secure financing for our Casita when the time comes. I have a full interview with Paolo Tiramani that I will be posting soon and meeting waitlist demand is one of the topics we discussed during our conversation :)
So I’m curious how long is the waitlist and will yours be shipped far away?
Yeah I would’ve waited until they did all that and THEN placed my order once I seen some orders actually getting out. Y’all gone be waiting a very very very very long while. I thought about getting one.
Getting a local permit for this unit is major problem and NOT a single one got delivered except for some mining company to house their workers.
