I really love this line but hate the "chases." Why not let them be widely available for purchase? Instead only scalpers will have them on eBay for several times the price
yea its seriously garbage, especially if your area is late to getting them, then your never going to get one thats 1 of 15000 or 1 of 5000, thats so limited.
Super excited for the gunship, it’s one of my favorite vehicles. I feel like a lot of other toy companies have been skimping out on prequel stuff lately for some reason.
The chase variants being so low in number kinda piss me off. Over in the UK the distribution can be terrible. 100% I'll have to pay eBay scalper prices for any chase variants that I want. That's if we even get any chase variants over here.

Thanks to you and Star Wars Replicas for sharing these! I've been trying to catch up on SDCC news. This is the first I've heard of the Star Wars Rebels versions of the Micro Galaxy Squadron.
Gonna have to grab the Gunship, have a ton of old action fleet sets, but never got the gunship from the early 2000s and it's like $400 on eBay now (plus it didn't come with any figures), very excited for this one coming out.

Both the Republic Gunship and the Marauder (also included in this Wave 2) don't seem to be in scale with the minifigures they come with. Weird considering they put a lot of effort in this aspect.
Wow I'm beyond super excited, but a little disappointed that the rebels ships will be really hard to get. Also I hope they start implementing more figures into troop carriers so we can fill them up, 2 clones for a gunship that could fit at least 6 is a little disappointing. But still extremely exciting, will definitely get these if I can
I have the Action Fleet Republic Gunship, it’s very rare now so it’s interesting that they’re releasing one for this line. The Action Fleet one never came with figures but the gunner pods on the sides and on the wings rotated, and the guns on the front and the gun on the back could move too. However the best feature is the doors could open up on the sides and swing out.
The action fleet one is a tad smaller but is otherwise far superior to the micro galaxy version that just dropped. The micro galaxy isn't "bad", but it has some sculpt inaccuracies and some obvious production shortcuts in the doors and turret hinges
@@zanderwitaz yes I heard about the production error. Looks more stable than the Action Fleet one though which has lots of brittle moving parts like the gun at the back and the sliding doors. It’s a great ship though, one of my favourites in the Action Fleet line.
I just preordered my republic gunship from targets app this morning, can’t wait til they ship. Also ordered jango fetts slave 1, which wasn’t shown here but was a nice surprise. That’s a target exclusive and comes with jango fett and young boba fett

I had a few action fleet in the past. I have no idea why I've become addicted to this line. I did manage to find the Luke's x-wing chase this weekend. Jazwares knew what they were doing when they launched this line.
I love these ships still haven't found any but ugh I hate the chase bs...it's an utter slap to the face and double flip off to fans and collectors. All it is doing its fueling scalping as see on the secondary market. I hope enough people flood their social media and make them alter this.
I really felt a loss when hot wheels discontinued their long running starship line (i’m not buying the new one). This line though really deserves attention. The first wave including that Ventress ship really did it for me. This is exciting, micromachines all over again.
I'd love to start collecting these but all the "1 in 5,000" and "1 in 15,000" SUPER put me off. If it was stuff like the clear T.I.E it wouldn't bother me so much but the fact its recognised characters in recognised vehicles being limited is frankly BS
So I think there is a little bit of a disconnect on the chase vehicles it’s not 1 in 15,000 It’s 1 of 15,000 that are made. So yes it does get a little rough with the 1 of 5000. But the odds are better than if it was 1 in 15000. I do think we all need to be vocal with Jazwares and let them know that the rates and chase vehicles isn’t working for us and hopefully by wave 3 they’ll do away with it.
Honestly I'm a little relieved there aren't any in Wave 2 I desperately need. I got the Falcon which I feel is good enough for me. I'd say by this point the only one that would grab my attention is an oversized Star Destroyer, but I don't think that's gonna happen.
Why does Jazwares have such lousy advertising on this (no offense, Dan-O Channel is now one of my fav.), but 'officially', I found one 10 sec. vid. from Jazwares on twitter from SDCC and that was it. Also, does anyone know why Entertainment Earth and Big Bad Toy Store doesn't have merch? Why is it exclusive to one Walmart, Target, and Amazon? This line will die quickly if they can't get the merch into collectors hands.
I think it's just because they aren't technically out yet. Sure some people are getting lucky and finding them early. But they aren't supposed to be on shelves for another week or two. I'm hoping that we actually see some advertising starting then. The convention reveals are a bit confusing since they are already talking series 2 when 1 hasn't even dropped yet officially.

I don’t think you understand corporate greed. Which for the record, I am vehemently against. But I’m against actual corporate greed, like when corporations raise prices and blame it on Inflation while their profits rise more than ever before. If they were truly raising prices to cover rising costs then profits would stay the same. Not grow as much as they have. I’m not going to be mad at a business for using a business plan that works. Jazwares doesn’t make more money because an item is rare, in fact they make less. They aren’t charging the consumer more because they made less of them because they aren’t charging consumers more for the rare or chase items. If anything they are leaving money on the table by not making more and not charging more. That’s not corporate greed. It’s actually kind of foolish on their part. I don’t love the idea of chases and rare items but it’s very common practice in collecting and makes it social and engaging, and admittedly a pain in the ass. But it’s not greedy in any way. Your beef is with scalpers and store employees who are getting product into the wrong hands. Some jerk scalper who jacks up the price isn’t corporate greed. The corporation doesn’t see a penny from that. That’s just people being assholes. Go yell at them. If you have a problem with corporate greed then go to an actual protest, Quit buying gas, or Don’t shop at wal-mart or amazon. Those things can actually affect corporate greed. Don’t want to collect this line of toys, no worries, go have fun somewhere else. But veiled threats to not support youtubers who support this line is just weird and misdirected efforts. Trying to insinuate someone isn’t a “true collector or fan of the franchise” because they are enjoying something, is just bullshit. You want to make a difference? Calmly write to Jazwares and explain to them that the chase and rare aspect has turned you off to this line of toys. When they post on social media comment Let them know in a respectful way that you would love to collect but don’t like that scalpers are ruining the scene and this stuff tends to help them. They read that feedback on their own pages not here. But enough of that DIRECT feedback lands with them and doesn’t go ignored. They’ll address it if they see enough of it. Re-examine and Redirect your anger in a way that makes it actually useful. And learn little bit more about actual corporate greed. There’s plenty to be mad about in that arena. This ain’t it. ✌🏽

I don't know that anyone noticed this but Hera's A-Wing was actually Resistance A-Wing...
I really really want Anakin's custom delta fighters, the eta-2, Mando's N-1 hot rod and the prototype b-wing in this line.

I wouldn’t be surprised if you start seeing people use those little miniature 3d printed clones along with these vehicles

No, Sabines custom painted TIE fighter is a chase. Regular tie fighters are always available.

Many of the larger wave 2 vehicles have hit stores recently. Soo hopefully these will hit soon too
