First one was bitter and felt the white solid parts of the lime peel in the drink.
Should squeeze the lime and not blend the whole thing, after probably zesting it. And also use cheesecloth I guess, nit just sieve.
Agreed. The peel would taste bitter
i mean, it really depends on what type of lime you r using, since some peels dont have much bitterness smh

In brazilian lemonade receipe uses of lemon with zest wont give it a bitter taste?
Etai amio bhabchilam. Lemon zest should have made the lemonade bitter.
I think it would. If you want to make it better to remove the zest before blending. A little zest won’t harm much I suppose but keeping the entire skin might make it bitter.
