I agree with OP. I want to also thank your channel for the biye barir recipe. As a Pakistani American, it was tough to master but it helped me win the hearts of my Bengali in-laws. It's also my favorite chicken dish of any cuisine.
This is pretty awesome stuff. I would just switch from instant coffee to freshly brewed espresso. Not just for better flavor but also, instant coffee has trace amounts of carcinogens due to the way it's processed. I would rather not drink too much of it. I understand not everyone has an espresso machine and instant is more doable, but just moderation is key. The recipes though look AMAZING.

Why Instant Coffee?
The two things I hated the most about my recent trip to Bangladesh was: 1) Traffic and 2) Lack of real coffee. Even the fancy, expensive restaurant coffee drinks used instant coffee...just dressed up with lots of milk and sugar.
I hope one day the supply chain issues get fixed and the people of Bangladesh actually get introduced to real coffee, not the horrid instant stuff. There's a whole subculture there to discover. And you don't have to turn every coffee drink into a milky dessert to enjoy it.
Also, Vietnamese coffee uses a special blend, and also a special filter called a 'phin'. The one in the video is just an iced coffee with condensed milk.
It sounds like your experience with coffee in Bangladesh was quite different! I had the opportunity to visit places like Northern Cafe and Crimson Cup Coffee, where they offer quality coffee sourced through reliable channels. It was interesting to find that some of their beans were sun-dried, which is a rarity here in North America. While it's true that the local scene is still exploring the perfect recipes for drip coffee and espresso, I believe giving them some time might lead to great results. Overall, I was quite impressed with the burgeoning coffee culture there. Despite the challenges, it seems there's a vibrant subculture ready to be appreciated, without the need to overly sweeten or dilute the coffee. The exploration and growth of genuine coffee experiences in Bangladesh are definitely something I look forward to seeing more of.
