thxs had no idea.
many recipes callg for buttee we are asked to put in sme oil to stop butter frm burning.
i add a little ghee to it. never knew it was not ok. are u sure ??!!

If u feel butter is burning use very low flame...
Also...when we make kadhi from dahi always tadka of ghee to it instead of oil.
