Tasty should make a video with recipes for other different types of boba tea you can make at home without using powder. Like honeydew, mango, taro... etc.
I second this
Taro is my favorite flavor!
Taro is sooo nutty and sweet my favorite
Tatertot Love Wait how is taro nutty? It's a potato... 😂
MrsCurioCheerio yes
For Thai Tea we use sweetened condensed milk instead of sugar syrup and half and half..
William Henderson a majority of people i know actually do use half and half, but not sugar syrup,, we usually mix in the sugar to taste while the tea is still hot
Omg wait!! I went through the recipe in my brain and we do use sweetened condensed milk instead of sugar sometimes!!!
What exactly half and half means?
William Henderson exactly
Laela Nurjanah it's a dairy product with half heavy cream and half milk
THAI ICED TEA IS THE BEST OMGG
RIGHT?
Syundown IK
Emikichi I try to get every chance I can at some restaurants and lemme tell ya, it’s so refreshing after biking.

Bruh they missing the spices in lassi tho this one they made seems a bit plain
They also dont use milk. Only a little creme is what ive had

Making these at home is so much cheaper than paying $5 for one cup
Nacho TV

Janettlux 420 Yesss
For me milk tea and tai tea taste the same
Mango lassi is mu fav being from a punjabi family (indian) its something we have every 2nd day the other days we have normal sweet/sour milk lassi
Ishika - SAME (I’m also Punjabi ;p )
I'm not Punjabi but lassi is great. I personally prefer the salty version though.
What a cool way to get the skin off the mango. I bet I'd make a mess trying to do that though
it's super easy don't worry. you can also cut a checkered pattern and then when you slide it down the glass you will have cubed mango
or break the glass, in my case.
I see army everywhere!! Lol i need to stop
Every Asian knows the checker board trick
Violetae AAARRRRMMMMMMYYYYYYY
For the Thai tea,the idea of boiling the tea is great to come out the flavor, but we rarely really use sugar,we just put sweetened condensed milk at the bottom following the the tea and evaporated milk on top,i swear it’ll taste 100 times better
excuse me, so Thai people use condensed milk or what kinds of milk, like whole milk ?
I agree adding condensed milk does taste nice it has this milky sweet flavour that goes so well with Thai tea
Dat Dang to sweeten the tea we use sweetened condensed milk,to make it more creamy or milky, put evaporated milk :)
Suga Maniac yes and that’s how it’s supposed to be
Okay my asian life has been living a lie,, my aunt uses the sugar & half and half and my other aunt used the condensed milk to sweeten but still puts in half and half what
I LOVE ALL OF THESE! and these recipes are all on point!!!
Yay Vietnamese coffee is my dad’s fav!
cold mango Lassi and summer go together like turkey and thanksgiving
I’m thankful to Tasty for letting us discover delicious drinks/foods from different cultures. Love this vid!
0izzi0 sofar all the’ve done are American and Asian cultures, no French, British, Spanish, none of that
Ian Hayden I think it’s because Tasty’s main audience is American, and American food already takes a lot of influence from European culture, whereas Asian food is generally unknown. Also I’m pretty sure Tasty has done some Hispanic food, like Brazilian desserts and taco variations.
0izzi0 taco's are not the whole Spanish cuisine, and America doesn't have anything like European cuisine
0izzi0 but the Hispanic - inspired food isn’t really Hispanic it’s actually really irritating for a Hispanic or Latino viewer
Ian Hayden I didn’t mean to say America includes European food, just that European food is more widely known. For example, Italian food has become a staple in America, along with French pastries, other sorts of food that I can’t think of off the top of my head. And tacos was just something I thought that wasn’t inherently “American”, even if it isn’t Spanish.
The first one is mango lassi.
My favourite !!!! 😍❤
Look see! It's Asian cuisine!
STAP
Dude, this is the 3rd time I'm seeing you
Can you post comments that are actually idk..funny
Justin Y. What’s the joke you aren’t funny
hello sir i represent Justin Y inc we have received your feedback and we wish to know whats wrong please tell us. Next time well make sure we dont get it wrong were very sorry that a random commenter on the internet isnt meeting your comedic levels of expertise. Thank you very much sincerely, lolgamer25
the amount of sugar for the Thai tea made my mouth dropped!!!! omg too much!
jazmineriva
Prolly got the recipe mixed up with Chai tea...
jazmineriva samee lmaoo
It's so wonderful how tea is made using the same ingrediants all across asia but using soo many different techniques.
Lassi doesn't have milk btw . The base is just yogurt and water .
ADONIA NUHA
Up to a point, yoghurt is made from milk.
B uppy I was implying that lassi doesn't have milk as an additional ingridient . Yogurt and water, thats it .
ADONIA NUHA
Lol.
I’m Punjabi and Can’t you use Buttermilk too? Also Can I make Sweet Lassi with only Yogurt and water?
I'm a Vietnamese
My brother bought the chicory coffee flour when the summer comes.
And he makes milk coffee everyday for my family to drinks.
It was so nice!
Wow congratulations you were able to fit all of Asia into 4 drinks! 👏👏 *SARCASM OVERLOAD*
Omg I can't believe you included mango lassi.......I am an Indian and I love this drink
I love watching these videos back to back. :)
Abigail Hawkfish makes me thirsty
Hey, it’s a great video but Asia is a huge and diverse place. I think it would be better to be more specific about the region since these are all (I believe) Southeast Asian drinks. For example, something that’s South Asian (eg Indian) is very very different from something that’s East Asian (eg Japanese). Since Asian regions are large enough on their own to be compared to Europe, it’s important for distinctions to be made.
Sorry if I sounded a bit longwinded, have a nice day everyone!
@VietnameseGirl98 Yeah, it was just an example. Korean and Chinese drinks would be cool too.
Mango lassi is Indian

GoodOlAllisonHarvard Halo Halo is more of a dessert though. This was just drinks.
Um you are missing the sweetened condensed milk in the Thai tea 😒
Kristina Somsavath They replace it with half and half + sugar syrup, it's weird but they're Americans, can't judge them too much for their Asian food mistakes
Americans...
If they’re gonna make Thai tea, they should make it Thai way. Sweetened condensed milk is not that hard to find, is it?
Sorry that you took my statement the wrong way, I meant that this isn't their culture's cuisine so they are very likely going to make recipes that aren't traditionally "correct", it's not supposed to seem like a generalization or an insult.
Kristina Somsavath the real problem is why they called it pearl milk tea
calamitasCorvus no offense, but americans do tend to “Americanize” most of our foods in order to fit their standards.
I’m Thai and actually we use sweetened condensed milk and sugar. We never use syrup and half-half something like that xD we don’t have it. But your recipe looks nice too. Thanks for choosing Thai tea.
I CLICKED FOR THE BUBBLE TEA
I LUVV the Thai Iced Tea and the Pearl Milk Tea.
Love Taiwanese milk tea!!!!! (aka Boba, pearl milk tea!!) Anyone?? :))
My mom bought a few boxes of thai tea when we went to Thailand. At home we add condensed milk and it tastes exactly like the Thai milk tea
VIETNAMESE COFFEE LETS GOOO

Loooovveee mango lassi! Its my fav! Its sad that here in India we get really good mangoes for only about 4 months.... the Thai iced tea also looks really great!
Okay but where's teh tarik though?
mickey mouse. I am about to say that
mickey mouse. We want teh tarik!
mickey mouse. that drink is bomb af👌
they might mess up the "tarik" part lol
Teh tarik is the best tho
Tips for making boba! Make boba in a rice cooker!! Sounds weird but the boba will be end up so soft omg. Just add the syrup mixture after it’s finished
That is not how I would make Thai tea. At least for me anyway. My family never uses Half-n-half. But great video.
The one with pearls never get old so yummy
condensed milk works better than half and half
The Thai tea looks so good!
In Vietnam we love coconut ice coffee and hot egg coffee. I hope you can try to make this
i'm from afghanistan and we have milk tea as well, it tastes the same but no boba, and it's hot. it also is made of pink jasmine tea :-) its sooooo good

OMG I love everything. Bubble is life 👌🏻🥤But in love with mango lassi, thai iced tea & proud of Vnese coffee too
Vietnamese Coffee is so good! I am the 1,000th Comment.
Mango lassi is my favorite. We can do many variations on it,even plain lassi.
Where's the battery powder for Vietnamese coffee? >=0
The music is so fun and tropical
Milk Tea
exactly that.
Some tips for better milk tea boba, first try using a instant coffee machine thingys and put tea powder in there and follow the similar coffee process, or if you really don't care a lot about a just bit of powder in ur tea and you wanna make it fast, put some water and tea powder in the microwave and then filter out the powder there will be just a bit remaining. Also try soaking the boba in honey, it makes it mire flavorful and absorbs it better.
I will go make me some mango lassi now hope it tastes good :)
Moomoo 1 I think you probably made the mango lassi because you said now and I’m commenting late.So if you did make it how did it taste or did you like it?
Laiba Asim Sorry to disappoint you but I still didn’t make it because when I said I would make it I thought my mango tree had ripe mangos but it’s still not ripe:( but definitely going to make it when they’re ripe :)
Moomoo 1 I will let you know this but Mango Lassi is so good. My whole family loves it.
It is good. Use ripe mango and a quality yoghurt.
1.You can lower all sweetened(condenser milk, sweet syrup, sugar) for these drink but this is a standard formula
2.These drink can blending with ice pour boba or fruit jelly under glass or top or them and drink with large straw for more tasty
Interesting music choice for this video...
why idiot
for thai iced tea you‘re supposed to use sweetened condensedmilk instead of sugar syrup and half and half lol
Hold on... let me just grab my "Vietnamese Phin Filter"
Gwavitie They sell em cheap in Cabramatta, dunno where you’re from though so I dunno man
With vietnamese coffe you should add one more spoon after you put the lid with jones, it will slow down the liquid dropping rate and make it's flavor stronger and deeper. Vietnamese coffe with vietnamese style.
I subbed and turned the bell on
Ashley Hildebrand comments are you gonna put
Neon Plays ???
I just made the mango lassi and it was SO good!
Hello frands Chai pilo..!
I soak the bobas in Honey mixed with a little bit of water instead, its sweeter and blends better with milk tea
Taho? Philippines?
Dexter galang i dont think taho is originally Pilipino but i think gulaman, buko pandan should be in here underrated Ph treasures hehe
Taho is not a drink, you dumbass.
Gracey Page it is well the liquid part

Eid Mubarak everyone! Cheers from Singapore! PS, pearl milk tea costs like 1-2$ in our local stalls n markets but branded ones Like Gongcha LiHo! KOI cafè costs like 3 $!
Manga lassi is Indian before you say anything I know Indian is Asian

Is 8 minutes late early????
I just put together the Thai Tea and Bubble Tea recipes to make Thai Bubble Tea, would recommend! 😋😋😋
I am really early btw guys I have one avocado what should I make I never tried an avocdo before coz it dosent grow in my country it cost ed me $1.20 for 20 grams how much does it cost in your place?
It costs about 1-2$ here too. For a fruit that tastes like butter or soap for me, not worth
You should make guacamole.
Aqila Saifi maybe try a sandwich? Or you can even use it in milkshakes
Make avocado toast... toast the bread u can put a little cream cheese then the avocado smashed salt and pepper so good
What much of one avocado is 20 grams? Here in cali, 1 usually costs 1-2$
I LOVE mango lassi. It’s my favorite drink.
Early squad where you at???
Also I've never been early... I think I might be the first...
Killer Mode28 your not first
This is a very interesting process to watch. Time to go make me some!
I see like 20 first comments
I like how tasty actually takes food from around asia, not just from Japan, Korea and china
This video is garbage, first of all you are not supposed to boil tea.
Second, mango lassi is missing cardamom.
Kscape actually, for some types of tea (like black tea for example), boiling is the best way to get all of its flavours.
It depends on the tea really.
Some people do boil tea
Lol ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
We Indians boil our tea?
Kscape I don't know where you're from, but cardamom has no place in mango lassi. PS: put whatever the hell you want. Idc 🤷
Kscape you must be white
If you ever come to Thailand please visit Siam, the place that all boba and tea are dedicated to

HOLY CRAP THAT CUP TECHNIQUE WAS AMAZING WHY DIDN'T I KNOW ABOUT IT BEFORE
Over here in thailand we use condensed milk and the tea concentrate and a little bit of sugar and normal milk but u can also substitute the normal milk with half and half
