That’s the gist of the eternal arms race: while one side develops a powerful gun, the other finds a way to make their armor stronger - or gives old weapons a new life with the help of modern shells. By the mid-20th century, though, it seemed like engineers cracked the code and found the ultimate way to defeat tank armor: HEAT projectiles and especially ATGMs.

True but to be fair, in War Thunder you don't see some poor malnourished soldier shooting their sidearm at you, failing to penetrate as they get obliterated by either your almost-a-cannon machine gun or your gigantic howitzer.
This is because M551 in War Thunder is being shot not with rifle bullets, but with tank guns. Obviously it gets obliterated.

Both Khrizantema and Refleks are ATGMs, not tanks. The episode is about vehicles, not munitions
Fix the missiles so that they don’t fall to the ground before actually being able to be guided.

Gaijin I have a request man I know you can not add Ray tracing to the game because the fps will drop significantly low but at least add the options to enable HBAO+ or VXAO the game will look a little better if you added HBAO+ OR VXAO. I think is time for you to add these 2 types of ambient occlusion the game will look better please do it I am such a fan of ambient occlusion. You can add Ray tracing later like in 10 or 15 years when Nvidia or AMD or Intel have better hardware. Please do it thank you. I would love to see VXAO and HBAO+ on War Thunder.

Poland subtree has multiple issues. Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavian subtrees would be part of the Russian tech tree.
Too bad most ground based ATGM carriers are beyond useless nowadays, especially the IT-1.

You gotta be joking. You cannot shove the objekt 775 with all the rest and say that it had it's problems and it was tested.
It was not tested like they state in this video.
The first thing was that it was too uncomfortable to drive and it was shelved. That special suspension was put on tanks later on in life because they realized it wouldn't work on the objekt 775 due to not having enough space. And it's missile system was incredibly unreliable according to russia's records to the point where it stayed an experiment and never fired on an active chassis. The picture they sent off as the official look of it was also a mockup. Nothing worked on it besides the ability to drive it around. And again it wasn't even comfortable with the full crew. The xray of it you can see why.
Sitting it next to the sheridan and calling it the same is grasping for straws. Just because russia had a ton of experimental tanks doesn't mean you gotta imagine them doing better than their original design.
None of these are all that practical in War Thunder.

The IT-1 is very good, since that minimum engagement distance mentioned in the video doesn’t exist in WT. It’s also fully stabilized and can fire on the move.

after the rocket update those vehicles came to be hard to use..... especially the US tanks.. and the MGM-51 Shillelagh... for some reason every missile dives to the ground instead to have steady in line of the barrel.. trajectory as it was...why those missiles keep their trajectory? cause the burner was on when they shot them.. not after they leave the barrel.... and thats the main problem.. after the update in trajectory........

Abrams has no armor as it was from the factory..........and have poor performing in game shells...(the 600mm us top tier shell that bounce on the side armor of the german leo.. not even a pen.. on the turret..... the 90 mm shells that have the pen.. and DONT pen.....
US rocket systems.. are failure to use in game.......after the launch the rocked takes a dive down... and you actually loose control.. that makes them in real life DANGEROUS even as a trial.. that is not realism.. and not real.
US shells in general who are good in paper... bounce all over the place and dont work as they work in real life ...
US anti air systems that are all .. bad...... just BAD ... for the BR that they are in ... just place holders. even the LAV-AD

every KA-50 and 52 pilot knows that they will get more kills than the rockets they have .. those 2 overpowered vehicles that people get on the start of the match.. the heli thing MUST CHANGE 700 points for full KA heli.... heli and airplane is the same thing... is great idea to get vs 5 helis.. 3 airplanes the same time you dont have any great chance to defend your self versus
