There are Japanese ships that can fire many more long-range torpedoes. They are the heavy torpedo light cruisers "Kitakami", "Oi" and "Kiso", sister ships of the Kuma-class light cruisers.
I have absolutely no idea but 1900 people? How do you even fit that many people in there? What to they all do? Does every one job have 3 replacements? Genuinely curious
To answer your questions in order, yeah, 1900 people is accurate for the Fuso-class. They fit in bunks in relatively small cabins (for the enlisted crew, officers had nicer cabins, obviously). As for the other two questions, yes, there was some degree of redundancy, in the sense that you generally had your crew operating in shifts so that there'd be people ready for battle at any time. That said, even ignoring that, battleships, especially those of the era where Fuso was built, tended to be very manpower-intensive, both in terms of the number of people needed for ammunition handling in turrets and in terms of keeping the boilers going. Fuso still used at least some amount of coal, and for that, you need to basically have people constantly shovelling more in, which is hard and hot work, and thus needs a lot of people to do it.
You forgot to mention 1 Battleship out of all the other in the Imperial Navy, the IJN Yamato,1 of the biggest and most powerful Battleships ever to exist in world war 2,and her into War Thunder and you can have me as a fellow online player.
As much as Gaijin is commonly making mistakes I don’t think this is one of them. The prop shown is for slower speed and there’s other props underwater on the hydrofoils.
Mutsu is my fav., its a good ship in WoWs, decent armor, powerful main battery guns, somewhat above average speed, and the torpedoes, which the latter are a nice bonus.
Gaijin , you HAVE to do something about teamkilles in Sim Battles. I just had SO MUCH games where i got teamkilled because of my braindead teammates that just shot every moving target (friendly or not) . Just make them leave the game instantly after the teamkill and ban them for 1 day every time . This will prevent teamkills and people will HAVE to learn basics and recognize the tanks of their own nations . Thanks.
0:42 "The Ise-class is 42k tonnes, a monster of this size is really hard to sink" uh, have y'all ever played your own game? after the nerfs it got seven months ago, it literally dies REGULARLY to 280mm AP and up in the first salvo to an ammo rack detonation (even with carrying 1/3 of your ammo total)..... seriously, I've never seen a ship get so nerfed in survivability, I literally gave up naval after the change made the one vehicle that could face off against a Scharnhorst and win by attrition die in one salvo at any range (and at any angle).
Ok but then only with manual controle! means they dont fire automatic with pin point laser precision, at 4000 meters targets. You get a sound warning with a direction where the plane is, and you gotta do it manually!
I just want to ask you this, you have made advancements in air combat as well as tanks, new generation. Why can’t you do the same in ships and coastal modernise it ships and submarine?
there is like 80 billion world war 2 ships to go before we even begin to get into cold war era vessels theres already some in the game too although most are still gunslingers and besides, i cant imagine them fitting guided missile destroyers like kongos or arleigh burkes with AEGIS into the game

I wish they could make them more entertaining

When will the Mighty One arrive?
