Hi, what model year do you have? The older Kia Optima model years use R134a refrigerant. Here is a recharge kit on Amazon - amzn.to/4cDFmyl
The newer (2017 or 2018+) model years switched over to R1234yf refrigerant - amzn.to/4cfdCAk

Hi, Here's my video showing the low pressure port location on a Kia Sorento - ua-cam.com/video/8Vc6kx8QPBM/v-deo.html
The cap should have an "L" on it to indicate that it is the low pressure port that you can use to recharge the A/C system's refrigerant.
You can use one of these recharge kits to fill up the refrigerant.
