I’m a beginner and I actually found myself gravitating towards the last one quite naturally already. I felt I couldn’t feel as comfortable with the typical 1st examples, as I progressed in to faster 8 and 16 beat strumming, since ’ve moved a little bit further in my journey. You deserve more subs Rina! Great content as always
You're welcome! I think that it makes a lot of things easier but it'll feel *very* weird in the beginning. Don't be discouraged by that and keep the new technique as things will figure after some time of practice. :)
As long as I can remember I've used the second one you demonstrated. Sometimes I'll lose my pick, but all in all I feel it gives me the best control and 'feels' the best.
What kind of picks do you play? If you're loosing picks, you could try out these: bit.ly/3ehe7xd I play the shorter version but many players prefer the 'standard' size in the link. At least my picks stopped slipping… :)
@@Bandforge Thanks for the reply. I've never heard of sand grip picks. I've always used Tortoise shell, which are pretty non-slip. I'll have to give the sand grip one a try. :)
I think they work pretty well, just don't put them on a delicate surface as you'll have a hard time picking them up again without scratching anything! xD

Thank you very much!! :D
I’m using a loose two finger grip but I think I should change it thanks for the helpful video!
