@@Ahsoka_Tano Well... about that... Queen's crowds would do it with Bohemian Rhapsody, because it is Bohemian Rhapsody, even I- who do not really like Queen- know and like BR. Rammstein's crowds do it at every concert, with several songs, in German- the most hated language in the world. Rammstein has Russians, French, British and Americans chanting in German- they had 105000 people in Moscow sing Deutschland- Deutschland über allem, and if you know your history... They do with love what their grandfathers could not with hate and violence; conquer the world. That said- even though I do not much like Queen, I recognise good music when I hear it, and both bands make good music. And both Freddie and Till inspire the same love and dedication in their fans, and give it their all for those fans. I believe those are the reasons people chant to both. I am also very certain that those two personalities would love to sit for a beer and a talk, though Freddie seems to have been very extroverted and Till is in fact an introvert. It would be a great meeting in any case, two such talents.
He's usually on a treadmill because he has said he gets bored pressing one key at a time. Also, I'm fairly certain they all have to have their pyrotechnics licenses for the show.
Master leveled crowd control: Thousands of French people shout in German 'Du hast micht' (you've got me) again and again. Music is more powerfull than history.
Rolling Stone Magazine calls their live-show “The best Show on earth - something you must see, before you die!” - go to Belfast and watch them - you won’t regret it!
I've seen MetallicA, Pantera, Slayer, & many more awesome bands live. Rammstein by far puts on the greatest live show I've ever seen. Do yourself a favor and go! You will not regret it. I promise you
Side note: Till's knee-bashing comes from a time when he had a re-occurring injury that made his knee-cap pop out of place, and he'd "shove" it back into place. It kinda became his trademark.
there is just no better band live to see. You don't have to like the music to appreciate the effort and love and crazyness they put into their shows, can only recommend.
Till is a licensed pyrotechnician, so everything they do at their shows is relatively safe. They did appear in the action-movie Tripple X, where a different pyrotechnician did the fireworks, and (according to band members) "lost some eyebrows".

I was at this concert , went there with my Mum ( yeah she wanted to see them hahha ) , nearly 40 000 poeples in Paris Arena , you could feel huge waves of heat blasting in your face everytime the firecanons where shooting , great night !
Saw them last Summer live ... so sick!! What was most awesome: They were LOUD!!!! I mean LOUD! In a good way. So loud but such great quality. Even outdoors, even on the sides and the seated places in the stadium. It was stunning!
After their performance in Milton Keynes last year I’m travelling from Edinburgh to Belfast to see them again this year. Please seize the opportunity to see them, I can assure you it’ll be the best live show you’ll ever see!
Nollaig Shona duit!!! Rammstein live is utterly insne! I dont know if you know this but they played Dublin in 2012. I went as a casual listener, liking a few of their songs. But brotha, the gig was an unreal, pyrotechnical visceral experience. I was blown away before a single note was uttered from the stage, due to the sheer immersion of it all- footage of the gig is up here to see- just check out the intro! The band marched one by one from the back of the 3Arena to the stage via a platform over the audiences heads. Till was carrying an Irish tricolour- it was like some procession amidst the apocalypse. Then, it literally blazes off with "Sonne". Their riffs are very instant and catchy, with lots of industrial, techno samples that will appeal to many a fan of music outside the rock circle. Sonne is a good one to start with. By the way- cracking news that you are going to Slipknot inna coupla weeks! Youl love it.
I listened to Rammstein for the first time about a week ago, this performance, and have not been able to stop listening to them since. Would like to ask if you could do Rammstein: Paris "Mutter", this one seems to be the one that has hooked me. Thanks, Drew!
Fireworks toward crowd I'm sure were attached to a wire which they were running along. Also, having seen Rammstein live, so much power, such a show and yes, you really can feel the heat of those flames on stage.
Re fireworks into the crowd: They are what is known as rail rockets. They run along a wire so, they are perfectly safe providing that you have the running wire high above the crowd. Saw them live earlier this year in Milton Keynes and it was insane! They’re coming to Cardiff next year thankfully which is closer to home. I’d definitely try and go if I were you, you’ll get used to the songs pretty quickly
The ultimate show on highest level! The name " Rammstein" came from an very serious accident on the US- military base " in the town of Rammstein in germany, when a plane crashed in the crowed on a flight-show day. About 70 spectators were killed or burned by the plane on fire! The band first started whith there song " Rammstein" to.a memorial of these burned people with there special fire effects on stage! Now, its an image of all shows. The frontmen Till is an profesionel pyrotechnical too.
Have you Seen the concert in the Madison Square Garden in i think 2011? You have to watch it, it‘s literally the best performance of them I’ve ever seen, no concert of any band chatched me like this
That was Vôlkerball in Nimes France, think about it, he just had several thousand french people chanting back at him in German, on a side note the lead singer of Rammstein is a prrotechnics expert and he sets up and controls all the pyro/fireworks
I tthink Till Lindeman was pyroeffects specialist before being in the band paid off. So that's why many of their old livehows are full of pyro-effects. He also had a licence to buy, posses and handle professional grade fireworks in Germany. I guess it's all gone now as he is living in the USA...but they still love the pyro effects.
Till (singer) is a licence pyrotechnician. He choreographs every thing. The amount that goes into one show is just nuts.FYi they were band from the United States for years.
I didn't really know about them the last time they toured in the US, and I am sooo bummed that I've never had the opportunity to see them live in concert. Just go.
When you react to their songs 'Sonne' and 'Ich Will', those two in particular really should be first viewed with their music videos, due to context. But all other Rammstein songs should definitely be experienced live.
You won't regret any kilometer if you go to see Rammstein, they're one of those bands that you HAVE to see at least one time in your life, it's unforgettable. Saw hundreds of concerts and Rammstein are in my top 3, as it's not only music, it's a full show, once I managed to convince my girlfriend to come with, she wasn't very enthusiast as she doesn't like their music, but she didn't regret as it's a fantastic experience and after that even started to appreciate a few songs. Concerning the songs you could check, I saw few reactions with "Mein teil", so I think less problems with copyrights, and the live version is always fun to see (won't spoil ^^), songs great in live too (and in studio version), "Sonne" is a must, "Mein hertz brent", "Keine lust", "Ich will", "Engel" ...
After some Rammstein reactions u really have to check out Lindemann, who is the lead singer of Rammstein. It is a solo project with Peter Tägtgren and you can see how talented this guy is. Btw. in his first solo album he sings in english and he released the second album a few weeks ago. Every music video is damn good and deep. Rammstein also released it's 7th album a few months ago after ten years!! Those songs I would recommend: -Lindemann - Praise Abort -Lindemann - Fish On -Lindemann - Steh Auf or -Rammstein - Waidmanns Heil -Rammstein - Eifersucht -Rammstein - Mein Teil (Which is their heaviest song imo)
In Dublin too. They don't allow their shows here due to health and safety. Have to travel abroad to see them. Tickets bought to see them in Paris in July. Already seen them in Berlin. It's bucket list stuff. Could have gone to see them in Belfast instead of Paris, but where would you prefer?
I'd say go see them live, even if you don't know their music that well at this point. I did so back in the early 2000's when Du hast was the only song I knew by them, and I had a blast. They put on a phenomenal show, and the fans there were super friendly and supportive, as are most fans for every metal genre.
I saw them in Tallinn long time ago, then this year Milton Keynes and Riga. And I have already tickets for Coventry and Tallinn for next year. Still looking for someone who will come with me in Coventry concert.
pretty much anything from their Volkerball concert in France back in 2005 would be fantastic, one of the best live shows ever put on. Videos of it on YT are kinda hard to find nowadays, but the intro song (Reise, Reise) would be a great place to start
It’s word play. „Du hasst mich“ (hate) sounds the same as “du hast mich” (have). Then it goes into “du hast mich gefragt....” (you have asked me ... and I said nothing.”)
Rammstein actually record most of their live-albums and videos in South America (this one is an exception to the rule), since those concerts got the biggest crowd-participation.
i saw them twice :) first at wacken 2013 and than in Frankfurt Germany... holyyyy one of the best best best live bands ive ever seen…!!! if you are not a fan of this Music or new. i just can tell you….go to a concert. one of the best memories and such a powerfull Energy :D (sorry for my english and greetings from Germany) i like your reactionsvideos :D have a great christmastime :)
Rammstein is the best live preformance ive ever been to. we will see how they hold up to Baby Metal next weekend :P they got some crazy liveshows on the tube! (yeye i know that you know)
At some point Ramstein discovered that you can make up with instant coffee. According to concentration, black to red spots appear, which looks like dirt or blood Flake was hyper nervous all the time during a tour. What did he forget ? That he was made up with lots of coffee in the evening during every concert 😂
When you watch an open air set from them (like the "Waldbühne" in Berlin), they had the rocket launcher effect also, and later use confetti for "America". Some of the paper gets stuck mid-air, on the wires for this effect.
that's what I did with Lindemann in O2 a week ago and that's what I'm doing with Rammstein in June!! no friends are interested, they call me nuts but I couldn't care less
Oh, if you liked this live performance, you should see their live performance to Sonne which is so hot that neither the band can't stand, or Mein Teil in which the lead singer, Till, tries to cook the keyboardist, Flake, alive. Or even Feuer Frei where they wear flamethrowers as masks.
Check out "Lindemann - Steh auf", it's a project with Rammsteins frontman Till Lindemann together with Peter Tägtren (Hypocrisis, Pain and other bands)
Imgaine 80 years after the war, there is a german band in Paris and all french people singing german. The power of music. The title is a German word game. Written " du hast = you have, du hasst = you hate. Spoken it sounds the same or similar. It only makes sense in context.
A good suggestion I have is Sabaton, they are without a doubt my favourite band, they're a heavy metal group from Sweden that base their songs around military history mainly, but they sing in english. As far as song suggestions go, I would recommend Ghost Division, To Hell and Back and Bismarck. Also if you're going to continue reacting to Rammstein, watch some of their live performances, they are fucking incredible, and you won't get copyright striked lol.
Happy Christmas Everyone!🎅🙏🏻

4:36 fun fact, Till Lindemann, their vocalist, is a licensed pyrotechnician.

he is since 1996 pyrotechnician, because there where a few accidents in the shows before

Every Du Hast reaction on UA-cam: "...Is that a treadmill?"
Lol, you are correct literally every single reaction on here..!
Rofl yes! I actually scrolled down to look for the treadmill comment.
And everyone who has seen the video: "Of all the shit, this is what you see? This is the most normal thing of what you are about to see!"
He’s actually on a treadmill because he’s powering the entire venue. It’s how they cut costs on touring
since ww2 there havnt been so many people at the same time in Paris shouting in german 🤔
Dun dun tssss 🥁

LMAO, best one today 👍🏻

Till definitely does, not sure about the rest.
Don't forget he also plays it on a Segway as well 🤘
Only Till has a license.
Only Til does but he’s got a big team of pyrotechnic behind him as well
only till has is the one how diy them

There are still tickets for Belfast, just go! You don't need anyone to go with just get a ticket and enjoy the show!
that's what I did with Lindemann in O2 a week ago and that's what I'm doing with Rammstein in June!! no friends are interested, they call me nuts but I couldn't care less
Belfast end Juli & 1 of August....I'd go with you since i wasn't able to get tix in Germany, but fights & stuff are mad..😕
I love Rammstein. They are one of my favourite bands 🤘
Rammstein are amazing
Check out "Lindemann - Steh auf", it's a project with Rammsteins frontman Till Lindemann together with Peter Tägtren (Hypocrisis, Pain and other bands)
Yes Drew! 😁👍🏻
My boyfriend loves this band and actually went to school with his daughter. I thought that was so cool.
Imgaine 80 years after the war, there is a german band in Paris and all french people singing german. The power of music. The title is a German word game. Written " du hast = you have, du hasst = you hate. Spoken it sounds the same or similar. It only makes sense in context.
Они лучшие, фантастика, обожаю их Раммштайн
A good suggestion I have is Sabaton, they are without a doubt my favourite band, they're a heavy metal group from Sweden that base their songs around military history mainly, but they sing in english. As far as song suggestions go, I would recommend Ghost Division, To Hell and Back and Bismarck. Also if you're going to continue reacting to Rammstein, watch some of their live performances, they are fucking incredible, and you won't get copyright striked lol.
