Nice! It's so simple and effective I'm glad that I thought of it. In our shop class in High School, our teacher's last name was Bates. He used to be a Master Carpenter before he went into teaching. So whenever we were messing around and he was coming to check on us, someone would sound the warning "Here comes Master Bates!" True Story. 🙃
I think you can use a 1/8" or smaller drill to make a guide hole first. then drill halfway through with the larger bit using the first hole as a guide, you can then flip the board around an you have the guide hole to complete the process. Thanks for your videos. I enjoy them.
