For me being a native, the pros are NO hurricanes, no earthquakes, Low humidity, not too many bugs, lots of sunshine, and lots of things to do. So don't move here.

What I really dislike is that you need to drive everywhere. When in European city, I can go around on foot or bike or bus; here - if you want to do this, drive here; want to see that - drive there. In my country, I leave the house, cross the park and am in large downtown of 2nd largest city that consists of a few hours walk surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, shops, etc. with no traffic through it.
