My bff and I have watched every video and specifically found interest in the ones you did on the Highlands, Cap Hill and Uptown. We're in our mid 20s, we're moving from the east coast and looking forward to experiencing all of the nature, art, history, and inspiration that CO offers. We're students looking to transfer to universities in the Denver area and we'll be renting a 2 bedroom apartment. We were also looking into E. Colfax, Santa Fe, LoDo, Wash Park and Glendale and were hoping you might be able to make a video about any of them at some point. We're planning to move late May/early June 2021 and we plan to make a visit some time in March to apartment shop. There's just so many great areas, it's hard narrowing it down! Great job again :)
Love these videos I'm moving to Denver Co with my wife next year from the uk. We are late 30's no children. We would like to be just on the outskirts of denver but accessible to all the hot spots we like going out chilling walks etc, Where would you recommend we live max $600k ? Also can I pay you to show us round .......

How far outside of Denver? 10-15 minute: recommendations would be Highlands, Sloans Lake, University/Platt Park, Baker, Berkley 25-30 min: Recommendations would be Stapleton, Littleton (by Old Town Littleton), Parker.
