Great video, very accurate. Another pro for more and more people today.......... Since there is a lot of housing built in the sixties and seventies, there are a ton of smaller single story ranch houses. So if you want that smaller home, single story living, you can easily find it in Lakewood. They also have larger lot sizes compared to newer developments, so big back yards for outdoor living, kids, dogs, even room on the side of your house for RV/toy parking. The location is ideal for those that want to live with easy access to downtown and the mountains. I personally like the green mountain area, but around Belmar is also very popular.

It's crazy to think about Lakewood when I was a kid and all the things that changed - like the old Villa Italia Mall - but I absolutely love it here!
Yeah Green Mountain is great a short walk to green Mt and some great restaurants and the lightrail to Golden and downtown Denver and Green Mt is open to late at night like 10pm!!! Across from Colorado Mills is some great by Denver West and by the NREL and the south flanks of South Table
