I was completely deranged and driven to look for an hour of yoga. This was so beautiful - challenging for me, but so much good slow entry and exit from the more effortful portions. it was like a massage by the end.
As all of your flows, this one was great too. It warmed me up and cooled me down and I can feel the toxins releasing. The relaxation part at the end made it all worth the sweat. Thanks for a great practice 👍

Hi Rashmi, i am a 38+ female, since last 2-3 years i experience severe PMS and period pain and ocassional migraine which is debilitating. I have rarely practiced yoga or any other workout but have been regular with evening walks.is it ok if I practice your period stress yoga from about 5-6 days before period, then your period yoga during period and the one hour begginer yoga after periods till my next PMS symptoms appear. I maintain almost healthy weight but need flexibility and core strengthening. Waiting eagerly for your reply.
Think about it logically. When you exhale the breath goes out so that's when you can tuck your tummy in more. But ideally you need to keep your core engaged throughout. So you breathe laterally.

I am 63 with knee problems. I was advised by my ortho to avoid suryanamaskaram. I am also not able to kneel and stay long on my knees. Any alternates?
Avoid whatever hurts your knees. Focus on strengthening and resting your knees first. Check out the knee strengthening exercise video on my channel
