      hey can I ask why my ankle sprain isnt better yet?
      so I sprained it like early december and soon there was no pain at all, completley fine but it was still swollen. The swolleness only stopped in february-march. Sprained it again 3 weeks ago and it didn't hurt at all after a few days, but now 3 weeks later its still swollen. I've been seeing a physio and doing excerises for the ankle (calf raises etc.)

    I just cut out seed oils and every morning I drink a cup that includes: garlic, tumeric, apple cider vinegar and lemon . I only eat red meats, chicken , fish and eggs. I stay away from carbs and processed foods. My legs are no longer swollen. I had blood clots in leg and lung including cellulitis and lymphedema in legs. All gone. It took a couple years. Eating one ingredient Whole Foods did it for me. Great video btw. Oh… I do put in compression socks right when I wake up and go on a half hour walk. I’m sure that helps as well. I’m down from 330 pounds to 190… #Keep moving #Eat2live #DontLive2Eat …. Pretty simple

    Good Morning, Tomsz. I listened to Dr. Barrie Tan who said the Vit. E in the form of TOCOTRIENOL (natural) is superior to Vit E TOCOPHEROL (synthetic) , that the delta of the Tocopherol negates the benefits of the Vit E Tocotrienol..

    After L5-S1 surgery in 2010 and a very bad positioning during operation, i have to deal with pelvic varicose veins. Blood having a hard time to go back up into the upper body. In France, Daflon and compression stockings were prescribed but after 2years, realizing it was all inconfortable and damaging my legs bloodflow, i asked once a phamacist and was advised to take Rutin. This was a saver.. if that can help anyone.

      There are no alternatives to exercise! The key to being alive is movement. Do you have senior centers near you: often, they have group exercise programs that might motivate you, as there will be others who feel "tired." Just standing up and walking for 30minutes per day is a big help, and you can do it in, for instance, 3 10minute sessions each day. Oh, and you can find numerous UA-cam exercise videos for seniors.

We wish we could do more for you! We would be doing you a disservice with general advice for such an important issue. Every 2 to 3 weeks i would have an issue walking. All issues gone since ive given up sugar. Been 3 months so far. David, thanks for the great response!
      Week legs and balance issues are very generic symptoms that may be caused by many factors. Even trivial (mild) ear infection may cause very serious problems with balance. So, if you still have these health issues than you should contact your family doctor (or general practitioner) for physical evaluation. Severe deficiency of vitamins may produce short term effects like weakness or balance problems. However, many other health issues may produce the same symptoms.

    I can attest to taking tumeric giving me more relief as opposed to taking a standard #800 MG Ibuprofen or even the stronger Indomethacin. I'm type 2 diabetic & have been having some major neuropathy pain in my legs and terrible pain in my knees, and the tumeric had me feeling better within a few hours. I take a liquid kind that I get off Amazon.
    I've also taken the supplement tumeric, #1,500MG and those work okay too. But I really recommend the liquid tumeric in a bottle to treat bad inflammation and body aches & pains.

    Hi Tom "Bernaki". The algorhithm brings you to me again and you still don`t know your real name. Ok, so let me help you out to recover your name. Follow me on these three easy steps to get back to your beautiful real name. Ready?
    Step 1. Beer - an alcoholic drink.
    Step 2. Nuts - you can have a snack of nuts with your beer.
    Step 3. Key - this is your key to being real again.
    So there we go: Beer-NUTS-key. Repeat: Beer-NUTS-Key.
    Easy, isn`t it. Try to be yourself, Tom. It always pays. Think about Zbigniew Brzezinski and the pressures he was under to give up his name and blend in. He didn`t. He could have easily become Bezinsky or something to that effect. He didn`t do that. He prevailed and became one of the key players in US foreign policies. Take heart. Be yourself.

    This is the problem medical people always want to prescribe medicines usually in pill form! The best things for poor circulation is two things, fresh Garlic and Cinnamon! Either by capsules or bought straight from the grocery store! My brother has full blown neuropathy and the only thing that has relieved the symptoms is Cinnamon! Any pills he has been prescribed do little or nothing for his symptoms! As far as garlic which I've been using for years has shown from a sonogram that no cholesterol exists in my circulation!!

    hello, i'm 28 years old.
    i have suddenly developed a bump at both of my fifth metatarsals.
    it happened after wearing "metatarsal pads" at the middle of my feet.
    the metatarsal pads were really uncomfortable and even painful to wear but i kept wearing them for 4 months.
    after that period i developed those bumps at my fifth metatarsals which i have never had before.
    is it possible that the strong pressure from the metatarsal pads may have caused "iselin disease"?
    i know that it happens in children , buy maybe the pressure was so strong that it caused that issue for me?
    what is your suggestions, my doctors just ignore me and tell me that those bumps were always there which is not true.
    i have photos of my feet before i developed the bumps.

    Red yeast rice has statin which has a lot of side effects.

    • @DrTomBiernacki
      @DrTomBiernacki  Рік тому

      Michellevinh, thanks for the great response!
      Red yeast rice contains chemicals that are similar to prescription statin medications. One of these, called monacolin K, has the same makeup as the drug lovastatin (Mevacor). Doctors prescribe statins to lower LDL ("bad") cholesterol levels and help reduce the risk of heart disease. Therefor, red yeast rice should not be taken with cholesterol-lowering (statin) medications unless supervised by your doctor, because the supplement may enhance their effect, therefore increasing the risk of liver damage. Red yeast rice should not be taken by pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breast-feeding mothers.
      Side effects of red yeast rice consumption are very rare but can include: headache, stomachache or bloating, gas, dizziness, heartburn, muscle aches and weakness. This can lead to a rare but serious condition called rhabdomyolysis. In such cases red yeast rice consumption should stop immediately.

Both are available from natural sources (kale and black/blueberries) and both are available as natural food coloring extracts (lutein is from marigold flowers and anthocyanins are from black carrots or elderberries). The food colorings are the most superior way to take these as supplements. Nothing compares to price/performance of these two products. And they can be added to virtually anything, unless you don't want your food colorful.

    My med nurse today said there was no supplement for me to take and that was just today.. she also said it's genetic but.. gravity times (mass) is what would put up the stress and do it right? I mean in America the fattest place on earth I was 450lbs not anymore but if being fat did it all I guess food chains and other places would go under fire.. it's to bad because I definitely believe that fact is hidden.

    Say Doc, I've been plagued with dry stool and the best that works for me is Epson Salts that I take maybe 2-3 times a week. This really works, but do you have any opinion on Epson Salts as laxative?

      @MAC-ws8fz Isn’t dry stool another name for constipation? To me, it sounds like long term use of a laxative is not fixing the problem. Are you dehydrated and/or needing more fiber in your diet? Do you take magnesium? You want to make sure you are getting rid of the actual issue and having healthy bowel movement instead of just liquefying poop.

      salivary gland problem probably, fix for that might be;
      choline from eggs, b1 thiamine, Magnesium citrate, sea-salt with every meal or a half tspn a day in seperate does, ginger-lemon tea or lemon tea, mint tea, or orange juice.
      saurkraut, prunes, figs.

      One of the safest, most inexpensive and effective laxatives. Been in use for longer than most laxatives. Docusate sodium is also very good(stool softener).
