Amazing!! My Power Button wasn't working today but worked yesterday. Thought the Batteries died but that wasn't the problem. Followed the Power Button Troubleshooting video to rinse the area where the SaltPods reside!! Voila', I'm back in business!! Thank you!!
Omg it worked, thank you soooo much!!! Now I know to rinse it after every use. My sinus headache is gone and I can breathe and smell again, I love this machine!!! Been miserable all day and now I am a happy camper!

Thank you so very much. That's what it was. The salt crystals had locked my machine from me being able to use it. I rinsed those 3 areas you mentioned and now my machine is functioning well. Kudos... thank you

Thank you. Wife said it didnt work but she put the pod upside down and I didn't realize it till I watched this. I tried testing it without the pod but obviously the button wouldn't work so I thought it was broke. Works perfect when the pod is in correct lol.

I'm glad you're back to "Naväging". It's important to rinse the device with hot water for at least 30 seconds in the three designated places before and after every use. (see page 5 in the Owner's Manual).This is especially important to do if you haven't used your Nose Cleaner for a while. This will melt salt crystal buildup that can interfere with device operation.

HOW TO CHANGE BATTERIES?
Dear EY,
Great question! To change the batteries, loosen the screws on the bottom of the Mechanical Module (don’t worry, they won’t come all the way out), you should notice a small, curved indent or recess near the screw hole. Just place the tip of the screwdriver or a small flat object in that recess and gently pry upward. The battery door should pop out with very little force.

How long does the battery usually last?

Great question! Fresh batteries can last about three to four months of twice daily use before they need to be replaced. The Nose Cleaner operates on two AA batteries which are pre-installed.
