Stress can cause lower testosterone levels and then turn into a vicious cycle - the lower testosterone level can cause stress, which can cause testosterone numbers to drop even lower👍

This is why I think the carb correlation is wrong. Carbs increase tryptophan levels which lowers stress...
I think it's all just about dose. Eating crap tons of carbs causes obesity, which causes lower testosterone.
Eating small amounts of carbs helps fuel the brain, level out glucose shortages and produces tryptophan, an anti-stress molecule.
Water is linked to death. If you drink 10 gallons every day, you will die.

One thing I found out was if you eat a bunch of desserts, ice cream all the good stuff, it raises your estrogen level. Estrogen basically blocks luteinizing hormone from being secreted and that is the hormone that triggers testosterone production. Not sleeping well is another thing that can destroy it

The top deficiency is cholesterol that wasn't mentioned (low fat diets and statins). Cholesterol is only the precursor for all sex hormones. Boron mineral deficiency as well. Certain plants that are high in phytoestrogens should be avoided

@@horemopik2152 Eggs and animal saturated fats come with cholesterol. Liver makes 75% of our need for cholesterol. If we eat less of it the liver makes more. If we eat more of it the less the liver makes. Cholesterol does not intentionally cause heart attacks. It's nothing more than a scheme for western medicine to make profits. Meta analysis studies have been done to prove that cholesterol is a non-factor for cardiovascular events and deaths. As a matter of fact, they also show that the lower the cholesterol the increase in all-cause deaths from other diseases

Actually Vitamin K2 could be added to the list as it is important in Vitamin D uptake. It can be found in fermented vegetables and meat. But can be taken as a supplement as well, but it needs to be taken in its bioactive form (M7 all trans)

You forgot to include Choresterol deficiency, cholesterol is the precursor of sex hormones (sex hormone are sterones which are simply dehydroxylated cholesterol). Eggs and full fat grass fed meat contain enough levels of cholesterol and cholin required for testosterone and Vitamin D synthesis. Low fat diets and vegetarian diets are always linked to low testosterone in men leading to low fertility, lack of vigor, foggy mind leading to low academic performance, lack of ideas in business and management and lack of aggression in life.
On the other hand high fat diets and animal foods lead to high testosterone in women which may lead to PCOS. This problem leads to low fertility in women, mood swings, overly aggressive women leading to marital problems, too much muscle in women. That's why in many Kenyan cultures young men are encouraged to consume more animal foods while young women are encouraged to eat more plant foods.

High Iron can be a culprit too.
Hemochromatosis is a medical condition in which too much iron builds up in the body. Serious health problems can arise because your body cannot eliminate the excess iron.

By far the best diet is the Agoge diet because it works great and is easy to adhere to. Keto is simply unhealthy and hard to adhere to.
