This video might be a bit shorter than usual. The project, which serves as a teaser for Basin Motorsports' current Mustang Widebody project dates all the way back to 2009. It's been a long time since I featured an everyday car on the channel and I think it might be a breath of fresh air amongst all the proven platforms. This car represents everything I enjoed about the 2000's car scene. In particular, the idea that any car, no matter what, could be an expression of ones persona really appealed to me.
If you, however is more of the engine swap type of viewer, fear not, the next build video will feature an engine swap.

I heard that the sentra with mr20 engine can be swapped in a versa instead of the mr18 and get more power without changing the cpu?
Yup, my engine took a crap so I bought a jdm mr20de and it's in my 09' versa right now. It's a little faster but honestly needs more, I'm waiting for my DC sports cold air intake and them let's see how it does

I just recently purchased a 2007 Nissan Versa had it for 2 days ran fine no problem at all and then automatically just bam no start no crank nothing not even a click I replaced the starter no problem it's still nothing I changed out the battery still nothing please can you inform me if you know of any other things I can do thank you
It's your ignition fuse. Should be like R13. It's the yellow 20 watt fuse
@@LeftHandedRightHanded keeps blowing the fuse for the ignition
@@izzdidit64 then you have a bad coil pack. Make sure they're connected correctly or that you have the correct ones on
@@izzdidit64 or even better change your sparks and coil packs together. You're gonna want to do it if you're gonna do one or the other. Just do both. The process is easy but tedious. You have to remove a lot
@@LeftHandedRightHanded take it over to a mechanic the other day found the problem it's the main fuse box in the engine bay and it says it's very expensive to replace because it has to be taken to Nissan to have it recorded but he's going to put a Band-Aid on it that way I can go trade it in and let the dealership deal with that but thank you for all your info very grateful
