This came out awesome! I only wish I could dedicate the time required to make a long piece like this. You got most everything too! Only minor corrections would be that we didn't rebuild the engine after the rocker arm - just had to disassemble the head to find a shim. That wasn't my transmission being rebuilt, it was for another customer. and LOL I dyno my car a lot :p
Thanks, I'm glad you took the time to watch it. You currently hold the record for being the commenter with most subscribers on this channel, but I'm sure you get that a lot. Regarding the minor pieces of incorrect information, I can only blame the Norwegian University of Science and Technology teaching system which messes with my mind. I hope you sleep well and get enough sleep, and thank's for commenting:) Oh, and I hope you're okay with me re-using some of the footage in case I ever make a behind the scenes-video. And yes, you do indeed dyno your car a lot :p
jeez, the amount of work you have done to the car is insane, its good to have a video like this cause you don't see the major changes in one episode, just shows what good commitment can lead to! really exited to see where the car goes next!
MusicDrawingArtistofGaming S The editing is basic, but there is 27 minutes of masking + Pan & Crop nearly every 5 seconds. That is an insane amount of editing for this video.
@@Okejokej123 In fact I never said that it isn't clean, he couldn't have done it better, but pan/crop is like the easiest thing you can do, though you can make awesome stuff with it, and he did. It's much work because it is long, not because of the difficulty.
Fantastic footage superb car Adam has put his heart and soul in to that car with help from Alberto and Adams friends, I also love his home Garage again helped by friends. One thing I admire about Adam & Nicole is they always help & learn from what they do, Adam works a lot with Alberto and is not scared to do work he has learned to do while still learning also Taylor gives him advise he takes it in.
I'm a huge LZ fan.. cant express how awsome it was to watch this video.. It's so good to go bak in time and actually see what Adams car was and what it is now! Great job build threads ! & great build Adam LZ! ... :-)
Ive been watching adam from the very beginning and wow what a journey the 240sx and adam have come on. I remember back in the day when adam make a video on how to make a grind rail for a bmx. Time flys
I don't know why I watched this as I have seen all of Adam videos but I will say this is so good it must've taken a long time to make you guys did a great job of showing the hard work Adam and Alberto have put into the 240.
Huge shout out to Adam for being so hands on with the overall build of his 240, unlike other youtubers who just drop of their car at shops and don't put in the wrench time.
awesome video I started watching his channel almost a year ago and I really like his car but never watched his older videos so it's cool to see some of the stuff I missed!
3:42 is the first video I ever watched on his channel and I have been following him ever since and I don't even follow lots of youtube channels but man that guy is awesome
Amazing video with extraordinary editing. this is the first video I've watched on your channel, but seeing your dedication and skill you have my subscribtion. Keep up the amazing work!!!
Sick car, and honestly I love the underglow kit. Certain tuner cars can pull them off if the color combination is right, and this was definitely one of those cases. Diode Dynamics also makes really good kits for things like this; I used their footwell lighting kit in my EG Civic, turned out really good.
Definitely my favourite video you've made man, throughly enjoyed it Adam. Was great to see the transformation over the time you've had the 240 you've done a awesome job man #onewithyourcar #wonthappenovernight
AWESOME Video Dude!!! Also I’d like to say, out of all the big UA-camrs that make videos on building there own cars, Like Adam LZ, Adam LZ is The Best!!!!! He’s like my favorite UA-camr when it comes to watching people build up there project cars!!! So if you see this comment Adam, I jus wanna say thanks for sharing such Amazing, Awesome Content Broskii, Seriously!! I prefer to watch your Videos over Cough “Hunts” Cough Cough!! Thanks Broskii
Great video... my only complaint is you state that the "cylender heads were lightly honed" and that is incorrect. The car has only one cylinder head and it was the block or cylinder walls/sleeves that were honed.
Very nice video man, remaining 2 questions: 1st: coilovers are br or ds series. There's no dr. 8kg front and 6kg rear? 2nd: Transmission is stock sr20det one with stock final drive 4.083? Thank you very much!
Only thing that bugged was that you said the cylinder heads were honed. One, an SR is an inline 4 cylinder, so it only has one cylinder head. And two, that was honing the cylinder walls. Other than that, it was an awesome video!!
Awsome vid man. I can see you dedicated alot of time for the vid, not just the car. Im about to buy a car like yours. Im not racing tho. How much do i have to spend to get realiable 300hp or close? what mods do you sugest ? (will be a street car and wont be driven much)

Adam LZ your car is my dream car
you my man said everything i wanted i say !!
Adam!!!! I'm a big fan!!
Quality of the editing is crazy! You can tell a crazy amount of hours went into this
Actually the editing is pretty basic, but you can see that many hours of work are put into this video because it is very clean and well done !
MusicDrawingArtistofGaming S The editing is basic, but there is 27 minutes of masking + Pan & Crop nearly every 5 seconds. That is an insane amount of editing for this video.
every picture where you get the 3d effect had to take alot of time, photoshopping and cropping
''photoshopping'' lmao

If only people who disliked this video knew how hard editing is.Great video btw.
the edit on this video is from another world for real
SO SWEET!

The quality of this build is greater than the hardness of finding an optimal polynomial time exact solution to the traveling salesman problem.
Your comparison is spot on!
Damn. Watched all of the 27 minutes of it in one go, without yawning or getting bored of the video! Amazing job, keep it up!
Baller
Might have shed a tear watching this lol, that car is a work of art......
I'm a huge LZ fan.. cant express how awsome it was to watch this video.. It's so good to go bak in time and actually see what Adams car was and what it is now! Great job build threads ! & great build Adam LZ! ... :-)
awesome editing! just out of this world
With all of the work and time that has been put into this car just proves that it is a legend
Ive been watching adam from the very beginning and wow what a journey the 240sx and adam have come on. I remember back in the day when adam make a video on how to make a grind rail for a bmx. Time flys
I just noticed that Adam secretly changed the dashboard, at the start of the build it was cracked
Great job. I love these build threads and Adam has a amazing car. Hoping to make my own drift car soon.
Its an Incredible work you have done here! Not too much people have the dedication of making a video so good like this! Keep up the great work!
Crazy didnt realize Alberto had been with Adam so long!!!
I don't know why I watched this as I have seen all of Adam videos but I will say this is so good it must've taken a long time to make you guys did a great job of showing the hard work Adam and Alberto have put into the 240.
And this is how a legend was born
adam lz what a car well done for your hard work over the years
This has to be one of the best editing I've ever seen, great video!
Huge shout out to Adam for being so hands on with the overall build of his 240, unlike other youtubers who just drop of their car at shops and don't put in the wrench time.

Wow your editing is phenomenal. I loved this video great job
Great build ! So much and love went into that car
insane work LZ i've been following him forever and you did work and got them facts straight
i’ve kept up with this car from day 1 and it’s my favorite street/track mix drift car
Bro it's so dope you kept the interior. I'll never understand why people strip it. Super clean man.
Amazing video with extraordinary editing. this is the first video I've watched on your channel, but seeing your dedication and skill you have my subscribtion. Keep up the amazing work!!!
200sx series is the most easyest driftable car ive ever tested. love the control and the easy steering while drifting!
Sick car, and honestly I love the underglow kit. Certain tuner cars can pull them off if the color combination is right, and this was definitely one of those cases.
Diode Dynamics also makes really good kits for things like this; I used their footwell lighting kit in my EG Civic, turned out really good.

Awesome content, sweet ride, A+++ on the editing. Only seen this type of still frame with motion shots in movies.
Great editing. Made it very interesting to watch
This video is pure gold
wow, the video production level is very high!!!
AWESOME Video Dude!!! Also I’d like to say, out of all the big UA-camrs that make videos on building there own cars, Like Adam LZ, Adam LZ is The Best!!!!! Probably best 240 on UA-cam
great editing, music and video
love the editing! next build thread on build threads, the story on how you acquired your skills
Damn, Adam dropped some coin on this bad boy! I love how it's a full on drift car, but also as streetable show car.
Great video... my only complaint is you state that the "cylender heads were lightly honed" and that is incorrect. The car has only one cylinder head and it was the block or cylinder walls/sleeves that were honed.
Man you have amazing editing skills!
daniel sliwa he has amazing dedication, not editing skills. None of this was very hard, but was nice and simple and made the video brilliant.
Happy Anniversary Adam and Nicole!!!!!

This is some REALLY good editing.
Wow really good video!! Deff long over due!

Very nice video man, remaining 2 questions:

2nd: Transmission is stock sr20det one with stock final drive 4.083?
Thank you very much!

Saabkyle04's build is gonna be an absolute beaty once hes done with it!

You should get in touch with Ginguim to do one of these videos on one of his amazing builds.
Let me know if you want to do one for my ACR :D Did a ton of work to it since I got it last summer and have vids on my channel of every mod.
Awesome project, although I'll have to wait until I've finished the four projects I have already started. I'll let you know if I ever get time.
Also thank you for not keeping the original pig nose, that after market front clip is 10x better.
Awsome vid man. I can see you dedicated alot of time for the vid, not just the car.
Im about to buy a car like yours. Im not racing tho. How much do i have to spend to get realiable 300hp or close? what mods do you sugest ? (will be a street car and wont be driven much)
doc: you only got 25 minutes to live
me: out of the room moms, is just me and the 240sx
Very few cars look good with underglow, and this is one of them
What size race fans did you go with?
