Day 1 of training. I'm 24 years old and 120kgs, about 264 pounds. I'm writing this so I can remind myself of how I started. I couldn't do some of the exercises right but I'll keep going. I'm sweating a lot and my legs hurt, my heart is pouding like crazy. For the exercises that requires balance, I just put my hands on the wall otherwise I feel like I'll fall. I did only 60% of the exercise during the morning.

For the people just now looking at this workout, this is the MOST CHALLENGING workout I’ve done and I been working out since May of 2021. This is a burner for sure !! I been trying to find new workouts to do and this is the one I will be doing until I reach my weight goal! Good luck for anyone else on their journey!
I used to give up at the 70% of this workout. And I did not even execute some of the exercises correctly. But today I pushed myself up. I did everything even if it was hard. And I smashed it. I feel like my organism got a deep cleaning as I breathed a lot. I'm proud of myself. I feel amazing and I deserve it 🔥❤️
@@emilysarmiento9307 how can you get a calorie deficit? I mean, I eat healthy and it's 1000 kcal a day on average. It's nearly impossible for me, who doesn't train all day long, to burn more than 1000 kcal...
@@liviatonolli6885 I thought this until recently too. A caloric deficit is eating less calories you burn in a week not per day. So it would basically be your normal calorie intake per day subtracted by 500. It depends on how much training you do per week. I hope this makes sense.
day 1: I have really bad stamina, I sweat a lot even tho it's just a warm-up. Only lasted at 5:52, not even close to half of this workout 😭 day 2-5 - skipped day 6: ayo, I didn't notice that I did the workout 6 days ago, dayum. Anyway, I lasted until 13:05, comparing my day 1 and my day 2, I would say my stamina improved. day 7: lasted at 16:24, half of this workout❗ I'm so proud of myself. My goal is to improve my stamina over time. I'll update y'all if I have seen any weight loss of mine.
Im doing this workout daily with intermittent fasting and in 1 week I lost 3kg already. From 69 down to 66.. ❤🎉 this workout also improved my endurance doing household chores most especially doing laundry and climbing up and down the stairs
I can’t thank you enough for this video. I have been in a low place after many health problems and exercise limitations, and in desperation, I thought “I’ll just try this for 5 minutes and see if I can do it.” The lack of “barking at me” and loud, stressful movement - the simplicity of the moves (im not coordinated and I had to do this in the hire bathroom while my husband was sleeping) were perfect. At the end, when you said “I’m proud of you” and “hug yourself,” I legitimately cried because I was proud of myself and I felt so good for the first time in a long time. Thank you. 🙏🏻
Ok, let’s just stand for 30 minutes and do a few exercises - this’ll be easy. WRONG! How great to have the heart pumping for 30 minutes and get a great sweat up. Great class - thank you!
I’ve done this workout 4 times and have yet to complete the full 30 minutes, but am up to 75% completion! (thanks to periodic timeline showing progress) It’s quite challenging w 45 sec work/5 sec rest, and on some exercises I’ve extended rest to 10 sec to give my thighs a quick break. 😆 I’m 65 w a couple physical challenges, and doing another easier HIIT a few times, found Anna with a perfect intensity to aspire to. The no nonsense, no delays, no talking is my favorite😊
I am SO surprised that I'm still very sore 2 days after doing this exercise. It's such a good video and a great exercise for me to get cardio in while recovering from a knee injury
This was reallllyy helpful especially because I'm living in an apartment temporarily, and can't go to public gyms because of the new strain of covid. I loved the fact that this was apartment friendly (no jumping) but still makes you sweat like crazy. Definitely got my heart rate up. Not to mention the fact it's equipment free!
I just started working out again after years and a 100 pounds weight gain, thanks to your channel I usually struggle to work out because, obviously, I am very out of shape, but also because I get bored so easily. With your sessions, I actually enjoy working out. I can only make it 20 minutes into this video and have to adapt some moves, but I feel the burn lol Subscribed!

I skipped a few exercises like the lunge side hops and the side squats but I am so proud of myself for completing this workout! I haven’t done your workouts for a couple months now, and I’m feeling unfit but hopefully I can get back into them now and make working out a priority in my week again.
What I've learnt is that this work out is really intense and it's OKAY to do it at your 'own pace' If you can't catch her speed, just slow down. If you're exhausted, just pause for seconds and drink water. Take your time to push through it! We can do it !! I've done this workout for several days with my jelly arms and legs. I felt good about myself so I would like to encourage you to push and try at your limit. Go for it!
Great workout! I've been working out for a week now, I feel my posture is getting better and my legs are getting stronger. Abs are hard to do, but im trying to go through a few standing HIIT and abs, I love doing legs, because squats are my fav! I've gotten used to lunges now, which was very hard for me to do in the beginning. Thanks Anna for helping me to get motivation to workout! All credits to you!

I have been working out to your All Standing, No Jumping Weight workouts since February 2024. Love those. I switch them out on the first day of the month and do them three times a week: MWF. On TR, I usually do yoga, but today I decided to try this cardio only no equipment 30 minute version. Really loved it. I'm 65 and have been working out for 45 years. Your videos are keeping me strong and fit without over doing it. I can't do those hour long work outs or run 40 miles a week. I can't do burpees and get up off the ground liked I used to. These are sound workouts. Love the dynamic warm ups too. Thank you, Thank you for sharing these with us. I can do them in my living room.

Well, some ppl might think this will be an easy workout ... but this ppl don't know Anna. My quads were burning after some exercise combinations, my fitness watch showed my a high pulse ... this workout is intense and fun, because you can punch your worries away ... and after all, you will just smile and feel amazing. That's how I feel now ... have a great weekend!

I love your no jumping Hiit videos! For a person who has been training for 4 years, I have a lot of difficulty finding good videos adapted to pregnancy (I am 26 weeks pregnant). This video was PERFECT ! I just adapted the pace a little as a precaution 😊
Woah your actually doing this during pregnancy? I'm actually impressed i can barely do this and I'm literally 13 ( a kid/teen) and literally spend my whole time after doing workouts in bed never moving. It's very tiring for me lol. I have a five month old baby, and I have to schedule my workouts around his naps. No jumping allows me to work out without waking him up. And all standing helps as well because my entire house is either tile or wood floors. I love this workout so much, it's helped me tremendously. Thank you so much.

I love this workout. It's just what I need! I am going to alternate this workout with walking. It was a bit difficult on some moves but I finished the entire workout. Love that there is no jumping!

I had a very sore wrist today, so I tried this all standing workout. This was one the best, most amazing and consistent sweats I have had in a while. My kids loved it too. We will do it again and will look for more.
I love your workouts so much! I sprained my ankle 2 months ago and I am finally getting back into a routine of working out. I have found it so hard to find motivation but this workout was my first one back...It was SO fun and encouraging. Seems so easy and quiet at first. At the end even my eye globes are sweating! Amazing workout! And all standing :D

The side to side lunge hops are not easy! They burn, love them! Also do not dismiss those knee downs… Amazing workout!

First time I did a workout from you and I really wanted to give up halfway but I pushed through and made it to the end with some slightly longer breaks to get a sip of water🎉
I love this workout. It's just what I need! I am going to alternate this workout with walking. It was a bit difficult on some moves but I finished the entire workout. Love that there is no jumping!
Aaaargggg! I really wanted to do the whole think without taking any breaks! But I had to stop the video twice to catch my breath 😭 I had fun though! And according to my watch I burnt 350 calories doing this video ♥️

I’ve had a crazy 7 hour day out getting stuff done, soo tired but I’m still challenging myself and getting this quick 30 minute workout in. Thank you for making it low impact and standing, makes it so much easier and fun and this really keeps me going!

I had a very sore wrist today, so I tried this all standing workout. This was one the best, most amazing and consistent sweats I have had in a while. My kids loved it too. We will do it again and will look for more.

I love your workouts so much! I sprained my ankle 2 months ago and I am finally getting back into a routine of working out. I have found it so hard to find motivation but this workout was my first one back...It was SO fun and encouraging. I loved it and actually really enjoyed it. :) I also can't believe I burned almost 200 calories having so much fun and standing only!

Thank you for making no talking workouts! I just can't stand when people talk through the workout as if they are in the same room as you and I find it really distracting. The encouragements and "you're doing great!" just feel disingenuous in this setting, so I really appreciate videos that don't have that. It let's me focus! Thanks!
