In this world where the human population has been herded like cattle to eat an unhealthy diet this post is a breath of fresh air. Thanks.

Very interesting show. High facts and some solid opinions. Definitely enjoyed more by an audience already familiar with carnivore. Raw fat and less cooked meat will scare the newbies, while those in the know might respond. With “Hmmmm…”
Folks need to be learning these issues and escape the high carb low fat standard world diet. Thanks!

Stephen and Richard what are your opinions on “adipose tissue containing every mineral, vitamin, and amino acid, simple sugar and fatty acid”, “they are the nutrient rich stores of our body” and fat consumption is the crucial nutrient as Dr Kiltz appears to advocate, compared to the view that both protein and fat consumption are both crucial and each is required in their relative significant amounts for healthy body growth and regeneration of protein and fat requirements? That is do you essentially need to consume significant protein to build protein body structures and to consume significant fat to build fat structures, or is it as Dr Kiltz appears to suggest that you primarily build both fat and protein body structures from consumed fat/adipose tissue (that can interimly be adipose stored)?

He knows that protein is necessary, but he highlights animal fats because they have been so demonized for the last 50 years and they are absolutely essential for Kiltz specialty which is fertility. Women can't get pregnant and bring the pregnancy to term if they are too lean.

Currently, i couldn't imagine fasting or only eating once a day. Finaly put on 2kg, back to 50kg, thay took 6 months. 5ft 3, 48yrs female. Maybe I'll be able to fast when im healed, then itll be cheaper too!

Better to heal first, if you are sick it is dangerous to fast. You could lose muscle and bone mass. Heal first.

@patphatkitten I'm reckoning that the weight gain has been bone density and muscle. I look athletic! I've always been slim, with many negative comments from obese people. Last month my teeth remineralised, it looked like they were gradually being painted with a tiny brush. For about 9 months they'd been see though, my dentist thought it was staining, but I now realise that it was the structure of the teeth... needless to say, I am delighted as this means my digestive system has healed 🦁🌞🦁

@@sarahjane8527 this is great! I am happy for you. I need to gain bone mass and muscle mass. I need stronger teeth too. I hope to have the same gains that you have had. I definitely need to get my digestive system healed too. Glad for you.

I completely disagree about what rob said that bacteria, viruses are causing disease, most cultures eat probiotic foods whether it's meat, fish, dairy or veggies
