It has truly opened my eyes to so many issues that are commonly not addressed in relation to Gut Microbiome, Dopamine, Stress and most importantly diet.     So interesting.
    And so many insights and breakthroughs for me. After being raw vegan for 4-5 years with fasting or Omad and I have started changing my diet but now I even more believe my body needs more 🙏💫 I feel empowered and motivated !!
