I thank you so much Inka and Dr.Rimka for this insightful information. It has truly opened my eyes to so many issues that are commonly not addressed in relation to Gut Microbiome, Dopamine, Stress and most importantly diet. I made sure to subscribe because stuff like this is just so priceless.

I struggled with depression, anxiety and panic attacks, cptsd since I was in my teens, in my fourties’ now. I experimented with this methylation idea in my diet over the last ten years and found I could run on and off the anxiety and depression. It majorly affected my periods as well, from extremely heavy and painful to way to light and completely painless. I found a balance with diet that was just right. I came off medications for this early on in trying this experiment. They gave me horrific side effects and doctors told me I’d be on them forever and there’s nothing that could fix it. I, like you, refused to believe that. I thought that there way no way this couldn’t be healed and I didn’t or couldn’t imagine living the rest of my life like that. Get the word out, there is help, there is relief, it can be healed.❤

I liked the emphasis on silence and gratitude. I have a woman with dementia I take care of. She is angry and demanding and my solution, besides a dietary change, is to sit with her in silence. I wish I had some Bach in the background, but the silence is good . I am on the verge of being fired because her family sees that as idleness. They expect me to draw her out and entertain her . She repeatedly states she wants no further activity and striving in her life but family doesn’t understand that sitting in silence and going within is a worthy endeavor. Thank you for pointing out it’s benefits.
