- How she stopped coloring her hair and embraced the gray! My mom just flew in for the weekend and we are going to do a total transformation! She wants to stop coloring her hair and try out her natural silver color. BUT, she doesn't want to CUT IT OFF! So, I lightened out her previous colored hair and layered silver tones throughout. Wow! Your mom is the luckiest mom in the world! Any hair stylist I go to would say, they can't do anything to help me with my hair. She looks beautiful!

I do these transformations all the time. But they require upkeep and toning. If you grow it out and cut it short that’s one thing, but to bleach out add silver doesn’t end hair coloring in one session. It also costs big bucks. She’s like 100% gray so that will be a good thing for her. Blending the gray when there’s still dark hair in back also works.
Absolutely gorgeous, so healthy and natural. You always do a good job on her hair but I think this is the best ever!

She looks like a million bucks!!! Wow! I hope she just grows out her natural silver afterwards and maybe just add some little low lights here and there if she feels too "silvery". WoW, that was a big job! You are quite the professional! I recently allowed my natural grey to appear and am actually loving it. The purple hair products help with enhancing my grey color. My hair is also long now and looks great. My husband loves it. Your mothers hair looks absolutely gorgeous.she looks like a movie star now! I wish I had you for my stylist.....

I excited about the transition. I still have too much natural dark brown. I'm more pepper than salt. I've been discussing it with my hairdresser.
I had to quit over 10 yrs ago. Blistered scalp no fun. We did foil weaves - less was colored each time.
Wasn't as bad thru the skunk phase. Just a thought ...

It will depend on the health and condition of your hair, but as long as your hair is in good condition, you should be able to do this. Several of my transformations are clients from other stylists who said they couldn’t go silver.

Fantastic work and your mum is lovely. Could you share what level of peroxide was used to pre-lightener her existing colour. You should do proper training courses online, unless you fancy coming to the UK lol. I know I’d be interested. Keep up the good work x

I just saw this clip on Brad Mondo's channel and I am gobsmacked! I'm growing my blonde color off. 10+yrs of the same box lightest natural blonde by L'Oréal. I've never seen my hair without color on it since I was 12(my mom wanted me to stay bright blonde instead of embrace my color darkening). I have lots of white up front but the rest is dark blonde with salt. I need you! Peace❤

OMG I love it!!! I had beautiful silver hair and it kept getting yellow. So a hair dresser told me to put a permanent toner on it to take the yellow out. And of course I did thinking that she knew what she was talking about. Well I have long hair and my hair is blonde!!😢 Now my roots are coming in and I don't know how to get my silver hair back. I'm not fortunate enough to have the money to get done what you did for your Mom. It looks beautiful! After you blew her hair out. I literally cried. My husband doesn't like short hair and we live in Florida and we go a lot of places, but I don't want to go anywhere anymore because of my hair. I'm a senior and I enjoyed watching you and your mom. I was very interested in how you were doing her hair, very very beautiful. Music was too loud and took away the from you and your mom's ...son/mother relationship. Sure loved your creation.
The music was just sound effects for the video. He did not have it playing in real life. Also, the volume button on your phone should adjust sound settings if something you are listening to is too loud or quiet. Hope that helps :)

Your mom is looking so elegant.I also want to have such beautiful grey hair. I am not going to the salon in lock down but I stopped colouring my hair. Now I have around 3 inches length of grey hair from the scalp.Rest length is darkest brown 🤪😝
Now is the time to really embrace it since we aren’t seeing so much of one another. It’s easier to grow out natural when you don’t see everyone. I bet you will look great with your natural color! I’m excited for you!
