Very helpful and thank you as my existence turning upside down with 100mph to 0 mph back to 100mph as I bit off the entire library and time management scheduling and something for me seemed to be allusive yet it’s coming around as I learned to back off simplifying it not stressing just knowing I’m working prioritizing what’s most important and doing my best but it’s working itself out and answers are answering themselves not me forcing it square peg round hole.

@@petyaanguelova7048 I TOTALLY get that! I started VERY small. After reading Atomic Habits, I realized that just 2 minutes of meditating and 2 minutes of journalling were enough to get the ball rolling. Again, you get to decide how long you want to spend on YOUR morning routine. Hope this helps! :D
Anything from 20 minutes up to 90 min, whatever works for you and can be adapted to your personal life. But 20 min is the minimum for me and if I only have that time I will use it to do heart math❤
