$200 for this piece of crap keeps causing issues with one (left) pod not charging on it owns smoothly everrrr since I first bought it 😡😡😡 Apple needs to do better !!!!! I literally bought the pros cause the regular AirPods had the same issue, just to go through the same bs with the pros!!!!
I just came out from washroom my hands were wet and I picked one airbud and put tht in case may be one of its shiny bars were wet so it damaged it's battery...now it's not charging like when I put in my ear it works and shows battery 70% and then suddenly start sounding of low battery.... should go for airbud battery replacement or there's case problem

@lindal8596 I went to apple 4 times and initially they replaced just the airpods then it still happened and twice they couldnt replicate the problem. 4th time they replaced the case and had it for few days now so will have to wait and see if it does the same thing.

My left airpod wasn't charging, and it took a lot of wiggling around to hit the right spot inside the case so that the airpod would charge, but whenever I closed the lid, it stopped charging again. So I was searching for a fix, and where I'm located, there isn't any apple store to fix the airpods. So I checked this video with all my tools prepared to do a major operation on the case. And the first suggestion was to reset! Ok, I knew it wasn't going to work cause clearly its a hardware issue, but I did it anyway. AND IT F***ING WORKED!!!! My airpods are now good as new! What the actual shit apple is playing here?! Big thumbs up for you my saviour!
Tried resetting was getting frustrated but I used a Quetip and some alcohol on the inside and the pod magnet part and it started charging again thank you

Guys I have to say this it’s literally nothing with your AirPods I had tried everything until I stumbled upon a certain video on UA-cam that talks about how different inauthentic chargers might be a factor as to why they’re not working and it’s true they worked when I tried using my moms charger, just try to use the same charger your AirPods came with or try a different better charger and it will work, just writing this to help those that didn’t know in the first like me

Yo. I’ve been putting my AirPods inside the charger and then the left is not charging. However when I remove the thing covering the AirPods and put it back in now it’s charging. I noticed that the left AirPod not connecting properly to the charger. Like the magnetic doesn’t bring it all the down.

I am using official Apple charger and block - still have the problem...
I’m literally using the cable that came with the buds
Has nothing to do with this problem, you can have cable that cook gave you after romantic night and it’d still not work.
