Wow after watching twenty videos , the microwave point saved me! Thank you so much! It’s crazy! I find out when I am listening to podcasts in the morning while I am making coffee or watching cooking videos anyway when I am in the kitchen near the microwave the disconnection happens!! U r a savior!

I had tried everything and nothing worked for 2 weeks. This video finally fixed my issue!!! Turning off my ear detection momentarily and then turning it back on and my right one now works!!!!

*fixed mine by*
1. cleaning the case and the metal
2. throwing my pods many times but not too hard. also the case i dropped it many times.
3. i placed my pods back by pressing it down in the case for minutes. (hard pressed)
4. i charged it with original charger for 2 hours. and then it worked! hope that helps
I had the same problem with my right AirPod.I turn off the automatic ear detection. It worked.

Nicely done, sir. You really did watch all the other videos on this topic. I do a lot of yardwork and I am constantly dropping my earbuds in the dirt. Gently cleaning the areas that you mentioned with a paper clip did the trick.

Apple probably did something with the software. My left AirPods 1st gen starting to loose charge quickly after a new os was installed on my iPhone. From one moment to the other. It was strange.
