Worked a treat thank you. I didn’t think to blow on the speaker this fixed it straight away (also used a little isopropyl with the cotton bud first). Very helpful. 🙏🏽😊
Holy crap thank you! I was having issues with my left airpod, I was skeptical about the second method and didn’t think it would work but know and behold it fixed the issue entirely. Weird method but it works. One I’m gonna use again!

Bro I swear to god you made my day my AirPods were so quiet because they had the same issue as your and I was gonna buy a new pair but when I used your technique they sounded loud as new that was very helpful I highly recommend the inhaling method and this video god bless you!❤️

The two vents on the side of my airpods are producing more sound than the main one and im so confused

My speaker on the back is the only one making sound
You can blow on the main speaker of it, or clean it off with a toothbrush or q tip that gets rid of debris on there usually

i did this and LITERALLY right when i put them in it sounded brand new i was like WHATT😂

I called Apple about the price to repair them and what they quoted to repair just one or to purchase one wasn’t too far off from each other and it still would’ve almost cost what you’d pay for a whole new set. I’m glad I didn’t toss mines and that I came across the video almost 2 years later lol. The Pros just don’t fit like these originals for me. My ear canal is just way too small and those swishy things on the Pros are kind of irritating.

Update: I called Apple and they gave me a New one and now i have the exact same problem again and because of that i am back and i am trying stuff out to make it work again. Apple is so shit. I forgot to take them with me on vacation and when i came back the name of my airpods changed and the one that they gave me stopped working
We're you able to get the right AirPod cleared out? The absolute best way is to use Alcohol or Hydrogen Peroxide with a Q-tip, then blow through the speaker hard, works every time for me.

this worked great! it took a while to really clean it out, because when i was inhaling at first, i couldn’t get any airflow through the speaker. once you feel like you can breathe through the speaker just a little, they’re probably good to go!

Had static and crackling when loud bass played, sounded like a blown-out speaker. This did not entirely fix the problem, but it reduced it by a lot. I may just have to clean a little more than I already did. I actually thought this sounded like total BS, but I was willing to try it instead of spending another $200 to replace my airpod pros. Glad I came upon this video and thank you for this info.

i always clean my airpods with q tip, and some type of clay, always looks clean but one ear stopped working at inside everything looks clean, after inhale exhale some thing came out. thanks for amazing video.

Oh my God I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this because are usually clean my AirPods with nail polish remover because I can’t get hydrogen peroxide but it’s mostly the same thing like it does the same thing and like he says it looks clean but I was literally having a mental breakdown every video I watched said just reset your AirPods I did that million times and it never worked but I literally sat there for like five minutes doing the left airport like cleaning out and it finally work after like an hour of trying to figure out what happened to it💛💛💛
I am SO HAPPY THIS WORKED! I've only had my airpods for a couple of months. And in those months I've obviously gotten the dirty with ear wax, The first time my mom cleaned them and I started to hear the left airpod volume down a bit and well I just ignored it. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have been trying so hard to fix this issue, for the past few weeks absolutely failing to get good sound out of my left airpod. It got to the point where using them was even a bit disorienting, with the sound only coming into one ear. This tutorial was so straight forward and genuinely helpful. I actually now use covers/tips on my AirPods and rarely if never have to clean out the wax anymore! I’m in a totally different country with no Apple Store and I was about to pull this thing up and fix it. But you said to inhale and exhale at the speaker to dislodge anything and you were RIGHTTTTTTTT.. My AirPods 3 are back to new I tell you. Your trick worked .. 🥳🥳👏🏽😭
