    NOTE TO EVERYONE:
    In the first exercise, you actually SHOULD cross your legs so that you stop using your hip-flexor and activate your lower abs instead.

      Anabolic Aliens these aren't on this video but if I do leg raises or similar exercises my coccyx hurts, do you know anyway I can change that?

      Put something soft underneath your butt, give your legs a little bend at the knee, and make sure you squeeze your abs super hard to make sure there is no unwanted extension of the lower back

    This is the best workout channel I've seen all along.... Seriously man..I'm morbidly obese and lost all hope..but your top and middle ab exercises yielded results.......I'm not thinning down but I can see abs forming....in all a week of work....You're amazing man....Thanks for Everything

    i have done this workout for a month now and im really happy with my progress. My lower abs is starting show. appreciate all the videos you have published anabolic Aliens :D All of you should try this and give it a try for a month at least. Dont give up folks!

      almost all lower ab exercises unfortunately normally place a lot of stress on the hip flexors .. just gotta keep strengthening those abs so those hips don't overcompensate! try crossing your feet too to take away some of that tension

      gotta keep building those lower abs! as they start to fatigue, the hips and legs will try to take over to compensate!

      Anabolic Aliens what's the best way to work your lower abs or any muscle for that matter because I have the same problem like in middle of the first workout my thigh started to hurt so therefore that means that I've week lower abs so what should I do to build them up

    Award for the most amusing work out vid. I felt your pain all the way through watching that , giggling when either of you had to take a break, and still wrote down what you did so I can get my karate class to do it with me tomorrow!! I think you need to change your name to Shambolic Aliens though, that was the least poised exercise vid i've seen yet. Love it.

    I've been using your vids for a while for exercise I also went to the gym but I have to say they are amazing I was sceptical at first when it was 5 minutes but when I did them they are very intense but I really want to say thank you I have kinda a six pack but if. Tense i tense you can see them very clearly so thank you and keep posting more vids

    I used this as a burnout after some leg and booty work. I was moving a helluva lot slower than you guys are, but stuck with it to the end. Fun and challenging!

    I added this workout to my current three month routine, tried it yesterday, and its rough! Had to take a few breaks, but it's a keeper, I'll try to get through it without any breaks by the end of the 3 months
