I actually sometimes experience the same problem but with my left side... it's weird I either have to put my hands under my butt and it doesn't hurt or I have to lift my head .. maybe try that out and hopefully it works for you!

Can you do a middle abs workout because you have been the only channel that has been consistent with improvment for me for the upper and lower but I just need the middle now

so far my abbs feel it but whats holsing me back in this exercise isnt my abbs but my legs. For me its harder to keep my legs up then keeping my abbs tense ans strong. like the last workout my abbs were fine my legs themselves wouldnt stay up or straight and so i was able to properly finish the set to my satisfaction. Do you think if i did that one first and the others in the correct ordee after would help?
If your hips are taking over (hip flexors, top of your thigh), that means your lower abs gave out! You have to keep your lower back against the ground and squeeze the abs harder!
I have cut this down to 30 secs each rep so it's a 2:30minute long extreme power workout which i'm doing 4 of each day (different groups), I'm doing this on most of them til i'm fit enough :p
Try this with ankle weights for bigger results I’ve been doing this for a month with 1-5 pound ankle weights with some other ab workouts and now have really defined abs

Relax your legs try and focus on only your abs i had the same problem a while ago till i started doing this
