Lifehack: Play it at 2X speed and you'll finish in 5 minutes instead. Decrease the playback speed as you get stronger. Challenge yourself to be able to do it at .25X within a year.
You don’t have to be the hulk just start a bit smaller and you can grow off that. You don’t start with the biggest dumbbells when you’re still a stick.

My son and I did this routine twice per week, 4 rounds for 9 weeks with a weighted vest. Instead of the wrist curls we did hammer curls with resistant bands. Love these guys.
When I played team sports in HS coaches would always say "we would never make you guys (the team) do anything we (the coaches) can't do.." and demonstrated a full set of anything before letting us do it... You guys are great.. real motivation.... class of 2015 btw
im 13 and doing these exercises for 3 weeks straight made me look like tyler1 just a smaller version and now the varsity football coaches are expecting me to make the team next year if this corona virus passes. THX GUYS!!!

Asaph Melchizidek when your better, work your legs, especially hamstrings like crazy. Strong hamstrings and glutes(don't neglect em), make you less likely to get knee and hip injuries

This workput is tough but it does the job that's for sure. Thank you for everything you've done to make myself and other people try to be who they want to be
No need to do it will knees and i don't understand why everytime people think that if he can't do that exercise then maybe they can make progress by doing it on knees. Actually when I tried this exercise first I was able to do it thorough I felt really hard but done a good amount of reps. Maybe the reason is my previous done exercises. But I am not going to suggest you some exercise for doing as this will feel really waste. Instead I suggest you that when you do this workout you should hold the position when with you hands straight for half time and for the another half time hold the plank position. And slowly slowly try to do this exercise. Eventually you will be able to it in just 15 - 20 days. 🙂🙂🙂

Kyle Bryant also if you plan on doing sports in high school make sure you have a lot of endurance in running and I also recommend core and upper body workouts.
Done this twice now and I’ve already improved since the first time. I find it best to warm up with a half mile before this workout and the lower body one, helps get muscles warm.

I'm not sure if I understand your question. Just once a day if that's what you're asking.

day 3: rest
day 4 upper, etc...!

Kyle Bryant also if you plan on doing sports in high school make sure you have a lot of endurance in running and I also recommend core and upper body workouts.

I would start small, I'm 16 and only starting to build mass, take it slow don't push yourself as you're still growing.
Done this twice now and I’ve already improved since the first time. I find it best to warm up with a half mile before this workout and the lower body one, helps get muscles warm.
