Great tips! My only recommendation is I would suggest the silicone spray very sparingly on the hose connections. The silicone sprays I have used leave an oily film that I wouldn't want in my coolant, so I apply only a very light coating to the fitting the hose goes onto with my finger. Keep up the great work! 👍
I didnt want to over torque lol. Someoneleft a comment with the correct torque spec and it all done. Had to tighten it a bit more 👍 Thanks for watching
The hose at 11:47 is backwards i believe. One side is shorter, it’s supposed to go at the bottom. The longer on top, then the hose wouldn’t be so kinked how u have it

Man watching this baked and I didn't notice the cat effect until half way though and I just thought it was my cat being a bitch. Then I remembered my cat died 5 years ago...
The skunk2 timing cover came with its own bolts but if youre using a oem k24 cover you can use the k24 bolts. Id imagine the k20 bolts are the same. The oil pan is from ktuned so i ordered the short bolts that are required. If you have aluminium oil pan and are upgrading to steel you cant use the bolts for the aluminum pan. Theyre too long

For these 3 bolts and 1 nut you should have applied 33 lbs torque instead of 20... thats 44 newton meters, really good tip about the small passage, i didnt knew it, but not sure if that is enough to make the components stick since you just "masked" the surface with silicone, question: did you applied silicone on both sides right? Just a heads up dont need ptfe tape on compression fittings it does nothing. It seals on the 37 degree flare, not the threads. Not being anal just a heads up to save the tape for pipe fittings an pipe fittings only 👌 good video tho bro.

Ohhhh shiny new parts! Looking good!
And you better not put that Hyundai oil filter on it! ;)
You can't tell me what to do ! 😂😂👍
Anyone have the part number to that pipe or fitting on the water pump or oring as well?
Nicely done and quite pretty :) yes there's a torque for every fastener if not I use the universal torque chart for each bolt specs as a guide. 👍
