you have to be able to burn calories off by exercising. But some don’t have the time to put that exercise in. If you don’t then you need to eat less is my opinion.
@@petrockmom8792 Understanding when there is a need to eat less should not lead to an eating disorder. I lost 27 lbs on my own with no best friend. Sometimes your best friend may not want to do this challenge with you & prefer to keep on eating the wrong foods. Remember though it's very easy to gain that weight back as you get older since older women's metabolism begins to slow down or go on a medication that sometimes makes you gain weight so you have to be consistent with it for the rest of your life. This is never a one time thing. I gave up high carbs, fried food & sugar with my weight loss. Didn't do it to look good but did it to feel good & prevent health diseases like heart disease which is the number one killer for women & type 2 diabetes from being overweight plus others out there that contribute to weight gain.

It is very simple. But it is also very stressful. You body cannot store fat and at the same time USE your stored fat. Insulin hormone controls fat storage. While you have Insulin in your blood you cannot USE your stored fat. Insulin is released by your pancreas when you have more glucose in your blood than what your body can use. Insulin causes Glucose converted to triglycerides and the triglycerides are stored as fat. While there is Insulin in your blood you cannot USE your stored fat. ALL carbohydrates are metabolised into glucose. Carbohydrates are any grains breads candies sugars fruits cakes starchy vegetables potatoes carrots yams rice quinoa barley wheet couscous anything at all made from any grain anything at all made from starchy vegetables anything ar all made from fruit. If you cut out carbohydrates it takes 2 days to clear Insulin from your blood. When the blood is clear of Insulin your body starts using your stored fat. Your body has no other option. You must have glucose. Glucose is your fuel. Your body will finally convert your fat into glucose. For 3 days cut out ALL and any carbohydrates. Eat as much protein fat and green leafy vegetables as you like. You will find you body automatically limits how much protein fat and green leafy vegetables you will want to eat. Cutting out all carbohydrates will make you feel STARVING HUNGRY. Eat any protein fats green leafy vegetables, you dont need to starve. Your body is so dependent on glucose it will try to force you to eat carbohydrates. After 3 days you can eat a slice of toast a day, KEEP OFF carbohydrates. After a while you get used to the constant starving hunger, even though you are EATING protein fats green leafy vegetables. After 4 days you will notice you body is burning up your internal fat. You will notice fat is leaving your legs and gluts. It takes much longer to lose the belly fat in your skin, but eventually it will also reduce. Thing about fat cells. Fat cells dont die immediately. First they shrink and wait for the triglycerides to be stored, fat cells refill very very quickly. So after you lose weight it is very very easy to regain if you revert to a high carbohydrate diet. It takes years for you body to destroy fat cells, you body will does this on a , lost it if you dont use it, basis. If you refill your fat cells your weight will return and all your effort's will be for nothing.
I want to get healthier because I dont want my son to ask why his Dad didn't try harder to be there for him when his diet was killing him and all he had to do was eat a little better... I just want to be here for him for as long as I possibly can.

1.Sometimes, when I feel like nobody understands me, it helps to think of you! Nobody understands you either! 2.Sometimes you just need to slow down, stay calm and just let things come to you. 3.Sometimes you have to move backward to get a step forward.

Good for you. Some of us don't have metabolisms like yours. Took me two years to lose 65 pds. The point of her story is slow and steady wins and LIFESTYLE CHANGES
Anyone can lose weight with any restrictive diet. Losing weight isn’t the problem. It’s keeping it off without creating funky relationships to food, food obsession and body obsession. It has to be healthy for body and mind. Whatever changes that you’re doing it’s needs to be embraced and practiced the rest of your life. It’s a lifestyle change not a number on the scale goal. If whatever you’re doing you can’t fathom to do it forever then it’s just another typical temporary unrealistic restrictive diet which is mentally and physically damaging. Numbers on the scale does not automatically = healthy.

This is never a one time thing. I gave up high carbs, fried food & sugar with my weight loss. Didn't do it to look good but did it to feel good & prevent health diseases like heart disease which is the number one killer for women & type 2 diabetes from being overweight plus others out there that contribute to weight gain.
People in the fashion industry would consider her fat still if she were object of beauty. But we aren't objects. We are human and we should all just help ourselves for the sake of our health
"...and it is so hard to get started on this journey when you think you're too far gone." So true, but you just inspired me and from my heart I thank you
She’s adorable. Great personality
@Shanaya Brah ok dude we got the point…stop copy and pasting
It's about making a decision to change. Willingness. Discipline. Consistency. Persistence. Eating right . Good food choices. Resistance training. Less calories in than calories out. Easy to say harder to do you just gotta want it bad enough and make a DECISION to change.
My sister did a weight loss video like this many many years ago, called Going, Going Gone….so long ago she did it with a video camera and a VHS tape!
Congratulations…good for you!
hope you will find it usefull ua-cam.com/video/YlyTvYCBxQc/v-deo.html
She’s so motivating
I was 40 y.o. in 2020 and i lost 20kg (44lb) during covid within 28 weeks or 6.5 months. From BMI 28 to 20. Till now after 4 yrs I manage to maintain this weight. Lifestyle change.
She’s very pretty either way. She looks very pretty before and after
Clean carbs like fruits, white rice and sweet potato are excellent sources of energy for workouts! Cutting out carbs is never good long term. Neither is under eating!
Tiktok has security problem especially with underaged. But this is inspirational, it s always good to improve ourselves to healthy, stronger and better on any area
👌👍👍 100% parents really should keep kids off of ticktok
Apparently the younger generation doesn't care China watches every move they make. It's up to the parents to get rid of it.
Very inspiring
Beautiful woman, beautiful respectful & she has true empathy!
You look great and I am very proud of you! Great job!!
A recent study has found that women who carry a little extra weight live longer than the men who mention it.
😂😂😂
I went from size 18 to size 8 in 7 months. no calorie counting. no exercise. I have been a size 10 to 12 for 7 years now. have to go back to what I was doing before. I ate anything I wanted. I should write my success story and I am over 60. no I am not diabetic or anything like that. Hint the mind has a lot of power to help you loose weight than you realize. no its not involving meditation
Well I didn't do any video but lost 10 pound in three months by just stop eating any snacks and soda; reduced my frequency of eating to two light and one standard meal; it worked a miracle and I loved it! I am now 198lb and planning to hit 180 by October next year to make my BMI to 25
Congratulations to her on an amazing transformation. 🙌🏽🙌🏽

how much did she weight before vs now?
SO INSPIRATIONAL!!!
Very good job you're pretty no matter what but you look healthy as nd it makes you feel better !!!
I’ve already started losing weight by cutting down on meals. The fitness program is next.last time I lost weight it was intense and I often felt ill.this time it’s a slower approach with a lifestyle attitude.
I’m already feeling much better.
THE TORTOISE WINS THE RACE😊
No matter what you choose, diet, exercise or meds. Weight loss is not easy. I recently shared my story on my channel, on how I lost 22 pounds in 5 weeks, which could be really helpful to anyone struggling with weight loss.
The information is spot-on!
Wow a big congratulations to that young lady , she has had struggles and came out the other side a smaller fitter healthier positive woman, awesome job . 👍
Kudos for informative content!
Go Lucy. Im from Tampa and you look amazing. Stay on the journey
Thank you for this inspiring video ! Well done ❤
1.Sometimes, when I feel like nobody understands me, it helps to think of you! Nobody understands you either!
2.Sometimes you just need to slow down, stay calm and just let things come to you.
3.Sometimes you have to move backward to get a step forward.
So true. God bless you Lucy!🙏🏼
Can someone tell me if this product really work? Anyone please send message please.
Guy at the end: “ok shut up now have a good day” lol

Amazing transformation! Congratulations
What a sweet girl. We need girls like this today.
Years ago I used to sell hCG diet drops which is used along with a 500 calories a day diet. I had tons of sales because people would buy due to word of mouth from friends. 500 cal is fine if you're eating good food.
I saw her video, what an awesome and inspirational story.
Inspiring! God's love and blessings!!!
Does this video keep cutting out sound ? Not sure if it’s my phone 🤨
6 MONTHS TO LOOSE 35 Pounds!, I lost 15 pounds in three weeks by simply walking and intermittent fasting.
Same
Good for you. Some of us don't have metabolisms like yours. Took me two years to lose 65 pds. The point of her story is slow and steady wins and LIFESTYLE CHANGES
@@snooooopycomehome The point of her story is weight loss period, and I have a slow metabolism too, IF fixed that for me.
Love how they sported the Shefit bra. Good for her.
I lost 85lbs in 6 months on keto and have maintained my weight for 5yr with 0 extra exercise
That's a good job. Yet it still should be noted: it wasn't a lot of weight and she's very young. Show some success stories of over 35s with 50lbs to lose-I want to see answers for the population demographic that needs more help bc their metab is way slower, fat is much more stubborn and based on stress hormones and changing hormones, and whose health threats are real bc their 20s and early 30s are long gone.
Agreed. I’d like to see a person in their 50s who has lost a significant amount of weight tell their story.
She is wise beyond her years
THANK YOU FOR SHARING 🙏🏻💞
Only in America, do we have a weight gain issue while the whole world is starving?
Great job!!
How
❤she looks great. certainly motivating. ❤
ya
1200 calories is too low for the average adult.....get a registered dietician to guide your health and wellness.....fitness trainers need to operate within their scope of practice.
Exactly
She just said people were eating 1200 or less and that was unacceptable.
@@Tifferia she said 1200 or less was unacceptable and that people were even telling her they ate 500 which was very bad for metabolism and that they need to eat more
It depends on your size and activity level
A friend of mine lost 100 pounds within a year. He says, "The only way to lose weight is to throw your TV in the trash."
Is Al Roker saying she's not buff? No bueno Al
She looks healthy now :) not rail thin after what she was before. She has a healthy amount of fat in her face also. Nice to see :)
? how are we congratulating people on eating less?
Anyone can do this is really easy
Don't eat junk food
Eating fish and vegetables will make you lose weight quick and lower your cholesterol
go a walk every day
I walk 2 miles twice a day
It's as simple as that
I was 16 stone 4 pounds and 54" waist 😂
I'm now 13 stone 7 lb
36" waist
You shouldn't really have a target weight you should just concentrate on your body fat%
Also BMI means nothing it's useless all that matters is body fat
great message and teachings here!
How awesome!! Good for her!
