Mine was bypassed when I got it , I checked it out & it’s basically a dump valve that open & closes . We had these type valves at my work on coffee brewers ! My wires still hooked up & valve open & closes but no hoses are hooked up & plate on block so I’m good ! 🤷♂️

Without the dongle, will it throw a check engine light? wanting to do this to mine.
@@Its_Peck No it will not. the dongle just plugs up the end of the connector and seals it off rather than electrical taping it up.
@OdysseyOffroad thank you. The dangles I've seen have what looks like a jumper wire. Wasn't sure if that was needed to prevent a CEL.
