I feel so validated! I was just telling my brother (who is a stylist) that I’m glad he told me about phases of the hair, because I lost soooooooooo much hair this past week. If I didn’t know about growth phases I would have absolutely freaked out!
Aw 😢 Does anything help? What have you tried? Breakage or from the root? I lost so much hair.. of all things, it was a demodex allergy 😅 I use inky list salicylic acid for scalp pre wash & I take ivermectin monthly prescribed by my Dr. But I've had Breakage in the past, too! Heartbreaking! I hope yours improves 🥺🤗

Thank you! I started noticing a pattern in the past years (and no one belived my theory), but after having a baby, the hairfall cycles took another turn. I finally felt my hair is starting to recover this spring-summer (2 years postpartum), only to notice again the fall hair shedding about a week ago. Why hair, why?!? :((
I do scalp massages almost everyday and it’s not helping with hair shedding. I’ve been shedding more the last 2 months because I went through thyroid surgery in May. I’ve heard that it’s supposed to stop at some point. I do have a lot of baby hairs though.
I’m so glad you did a video on this because I noticed the last week I have more hair shedding and falling out in the shower than I usually do. I’m trying to get my hair from dry and brittle to healthy and shiny. I am currently using the Dove Bond Repair and it’s been a game changer. I am so grateful for you and your wealth of knowledge!

I see short strands all throughout my hair as well. I need to find a safer way to sleep and be comfortable.. I have made so much progress and I know a lot of it has to do with my health Working on that too!
