Effective Home Glute Workout

  • Опубліковано 27 чер 2017
  • Here's a simple glute workout you can do at home. No equipment required except a couch.
    1. Bulgarian split squat
    2. Single leg hip thrust
    3. Side lying hip raise
    4. Frog reverse hyper
    5. Frog pump
    5. Extra range side lying hip abduction
    Do as many reps as possible with each exercise while keeping a consistent tempo on each rep. Match the number of reps you get on your weaker leg with your stronger leg. Rest 60 seconds between exercises. Perform 1-4 rounds.

      Quads? Have you tried sissy squats? One leg vs the other, perhaps (work in the ladder system)?
      You also have those Bg Squats, 1 leg squats etc. for quads, rec. femoris and everything else.

    This is a great workout but I need to point out when Bret is doing the split squat he's both going *over* his toes and pushing from the toes. Not the best form. Do it right.

    • @travishibachi
      @travishibachi 6 років тому +7

      You can go over the toes but it will recruit the quads more than the glutes with a more upright torso. If you want to hit the glutes more you should lean forward slightly.

Jesus is the only way to be saved, be baptized if you have faith in Jesus then you will live life with him as your example. If you need prayer i'll pray for you.
